Perhaps it is better that Mike unload his baggage now on Dean, though it is a bit unfair to Dean. Kind of like Festivus in Seinfeld when Mister Costanza airs his grievances. It beats holding them in, becoming angrier and angrier, and then really going off of the reservation.
