This seems to fit! In humans… a person who genetically prone to be bald most of their life… getting scammed by a shyster who knows the product is only worth raking in the money into their pocket.

The dog’s design kinda reminds me of the dog from “Family Dog”, even though the dog in that one was a bull terrier and not a Mexican Hairless.
