If G. or J. man knew he just hit a woman, really hard, would that make him feel like a heel ?  If that happened as I think it did will the blow have, in anyway, dislodged “Bob’s” costume to reveal to Mr. Malted who he is actually dealing with ?  Or … Unlike Tracy he was not fooled in the teensiest by that getup.

(I’m a little late reading this today.) BreathlessMahoney77 yesterday suggested that Bosco wanted to hire Baxter to do a hit. I didn’t think so, but here we are. It seems that he does want Bosco to kill someone, unless that is just a trick question.

If Bosco was smart, she would disappear. How many crooks have regretted messing with Tracy?

Feeling a little lost here… Which is SOP. We watched Fata manage a very professional hit Doctor #2, who was prime witness is the drug case against Doctor #3.

She then takes a phone call and agrees to whack Tess, which she fails in a sloppy amateur way.

Rikki begs Fata to leave town, since the heat was on. FM replies, “We need that money, Rikki, I’m out the pay for Tess.”

Did Pertwee stiff her? FM didn’t say she was out the pay for that job. So she should have had enough money to blow Tracyville. She said she was out the $$ for the hit on Tess – so clobbering the guy who wanted Tess dead is supposed to make sense.

(As I pointed out at the time of the phone call, you always take at least half the money for a hit up front. A phone call? Without even checking to see who’s really calling? Really? How did FM know it was really a George Bosco wanting a late hit on Tess and not Dick Tracy who didn’t want to spend the dough on a divorce? How does she know it wasn’t William Hartnell, who wanted Tess dead for other reasons, and claimed to be Bosco so FM would bill him for the hit?)

Oh, and we ever going to hear more about the two Doctors?

For one, why would this guy assume “he” would do all the same tasks that Fata did?
