Celebrate or Sacrifice??? You must choose, coin flips are not allowed.

Now that story was a real gas!

In my first year in Korea, I gave valentines gifts to my female colleagues. They were really confused. Koreans “celebrate” Feb 14 by females giving gifts to males. The males’ turn is Mar 14, “white day”. Then April 14 is “black day” for all whose romantic efforts failed.

I hadn’t heard of St. Beano before, and now, I need an icon or something for the studio.

No more ridiculous I suppose than today originally being to honor an early Christian power.
