Even still it would be hard to read the sign when it is edge on to traffic. Perhaps they are driving on the left side of the road like they would do in England. But then wouldn’t the sign say Caution: Sharp Right?

No matter where the sign is placed, somebody will choose to ignore it and become a Darwin Award nominee.
