True, a condo on the beach isn’t the same as a house in town without the waterfront attraction.

It’s a win-win. They don’t have to worry about Luddie getting on the balcony and they do like the hot tub (Wink wink nudge nudge! Know what I mean? Know what I mean?).

Guess the folks lack the wisdom to decide what to do with their own lives, so the most loving thing we can do is force our opinion upon them through guile and manipulation. Classic doing unto others as you would have them do unto you.

It’s a shame Meg isn’t around to get a quality education on tricking the one’s we “love” to do what WE want them to do. How else will she learn how to treat Gene and Mary Lou when they are older? Talk about your family traditions!

You are doing great, JJ!!! Everybody thinks they could be better at what they do, but, you are doing very well. You hit a few nerves, because Arlo & Janis go thru things all of us sometimes go thru, which makes us simultaneously twitchy & relieved that “we’re not alone in this”. Keep up the good work.

I’m hating myself for this, but when I saw the second panel before reading today’s story, I thought it was a spaceship….now I can’t un-see that!
