I know there have always been people like this – back in the 70s my grandma’s elderly gardener used to talk about the moon landings being faked, and in the very next breath blame bad weather on “those people up there stomping around stirring up the moon dust.” But he was a person who had grown up in poverty with a third-grade education. What possible excuse does Kennedy have?

Does anyone else feel sorry for Ethel Kennedy? Having 11(!!!) babies, losing her husband so tragically, and now this. Granted she may not be able to follow some of this since she is now 96 but it is possible that she can.

We must elect more ethical candidates who model moral driven behavior so as to discourage the unethical voters from publicly practicing their unhelpful beliefs, IMHO. Example, how many thousands of Americans died of COVID or COVID driven illnesses because they followed 45’s “tough guy” example to not wear a mask? We can do better. We must do better.

I was born in 1943. In those days, “vaccinated” meant smallpox. I still have the scar. There were no vaccines for measles and other “childhood diseases.” We just caught them and missed a couple of weeks of school. The COVID “vaccines” don’t really immunize the folks who get them; at best, they minimize the severity of symptoms of that disease.

I see that Trudeau is parroting the views of the State. I’ve been reading Kennedy’s newsletter for four years. There is nothing on his site that can’t be verified by other perfectly legitimate sources or isn’t stated by individuals who are virologists, epidemiologists, medical doctors, etc. It won’t be long before anyone offering a different view from the official one will be referred to as a “domestic terrorist.” Maybe at that point they’ll start beheading us and hanging us from huge cranes like they do in Saudi Arabia. How about making a cartoon about beheadings, Garry?

Flat-earthers love RFK Jr. Stupid people love RFK Jr. People who lack critical thinking skills love RFK Jr. The pattern here is low information voters who hate Trump support another mentally ill man, aka RFK Jr. His poor father is rolling in his grave right now. The one thing the Internet did is give a huge platform to all the wack jobs and freaks. Our only mistake was not realizing how many there were.

Latest news on the political front is that Disaster Pumpkin appeared before the convention of the national Libertarian Party to ask them to nominate him for president, but he hadn’t taken the time to file the paperwork declaring himself an official candidate for the role. Kinda speaks to Mr. Preparation’s attention to detail, doesn’t it?

This is beyond lame. Has Garry really had his head so deep in the sand that he’s missed the whole NOT efficacious NOT safe mRNA jab info that’s everywhere except the Lame Stream Media? And that the measles were suffering now is the vaccine strain? And that so few died of measles over the past many decades that it was a complete non-issue? Guess he’s stuck trusting the NYT as his source, long bought out by Big Pharma, just like Fox, CNN, and the rest. Poor guy. Probably on his 7th “booster.”

Clearly, Garry brought out every single RFK Jr supporter in the comment section. 1 million people plus dead, and still the idiots spewing their nonsense about how it either didn’t exist or was just like the flu. Tens of thousands suffering with Long Covid too. Tens of thousands hospitalized due to taking fake cures peddled by the Orange Fuhrer and RFK Jr. The vaccines worked. If you choose to not live in reality, stop taking up space here or worse, trying to get others to make heinously stupid decisions that do damage to others, including kids.

Of course, another criticism of vaccines—besides the idea that they’re both ineffective and fatal—is that they’re “. . . an interference with God’s providential care.”

    vancouversun DOT com/news/metro/chilliwack-pastor-tells-congregation-vaccines-interfere-with-gods-care

I have trouble imagining a god so weak that it can thwarted by a simple jab. Or so unimaginative that it can’t will that someone be saved, by a simple jab, from getting a disease.

I will always regret that the reporter didn’t think to ask the pastor if he tried to interfere with God’s will by looking both ways crossing a busy street.

I’m old enough to remember Polio and the nightmares it caused. Had school mates in braces thanks to Polio. I was in school when the pink suger cubes holding the vaccine came out and were given to kids in schools across America. NOT ONE parent objected to their kids getting the vaccine. No anti-vax nuts back then.

@Geezer, Mom was born before the MMR vaccine. She was hard of hearing as a result. I had my COVID-19 vaccines, as did the rest of my family. None of us have had it. BTW, LAX is having a measles outbreak. I know people who lost their hearing from measles.
