Those 5 alt right tools and that spineless sieve who is impersonating the chief justice (though he is merely a lame duck) are truly vile and disgusting. Any of them could be the “Planned Parenthood Poster Child” for their respective places of origin.

A run on bump-stocks, even for your six-year-old’s JR-15. What could go wrong?

MAGA Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) explained why people need high-powered AR-15s w/high-capacity magazines and body armor. No, it’s not to shoot feral pigs, but “To take back the government.” That exact sentiment was seconded by MAGA Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), commenting on the Uvalde massacre: “We need our guns to overthrow the government.” And converting them to automatic weapons will be a big help.

The MAGA SCOTUS is more that eager to adapt blood-red robes.

Three things Republicans want to do:

    1. Ban abortion.

    2. Ban immigration.

    3. Ban child labor laws.

    See the connection?

A domestic supply of undereducated farm, factory, construction, housekeeping and landscaping workers! Just put all them unwanted babies in a for-profit orphanage until they’re old enough (7 or 8 years?) and can read a little, but not too much.

The first paragraph of the Court’s opinion:

Congress has long restricted access to “‘machinegun[s],’” a category of firearms defined by the ability to “shoot, automatically more than one shot . . . by a single function of the trigger.” 26 U. S. C. §5845(b); see also 18 U. S. C. §922(o). Semiautomatic firearms, which require shooters to reengage the trigger for every shot, are not machineguns. This case asks whether a bump stock—an accessory for a semiautomatic rifle that allows the shooter to rapidly reengage the trigger (and therefore achieve a high rate of fire)—converts the rifle into a “machinegun.” We hold that it does not and therefore affirm.

School shootings are done mostly by the unwanted kids that should have been aborted. Currently statistics show that over 50% of births are unplanned and unwanted. Easy and fun to make. Hell to raise and very costly, if you’re not going to love them and parent them then don’t have them. We’re already are over 6 billion past sustainable. Apparently the republican plan to control overpopulation is mass shootings of school children. At least one of the major owners of the republican party, the NRA, is very happy about this.Five of these christofascist federalist society groomed occupiers of the SCOTUS were appointed by presidents who did not win the popular vote. We can thank the purists who voted third party because they didn’t like Hillary’s hairdo or her smile and thought that Al Gore was not as holy as Ralph Nader.

With a new flurry of important court decision about to be announced, I’ve no doubt the court members will not allow their religious beliefs or teachings of the John Birch Federalist Society to influence their rulings…but, then again, I also believe in unicorns.

M60 machine gun (“pig” if you’re old enough): up to 600 rounds/minute.

    AR-15 with bump-stock: up to 800 rnd/min.

    It’s a machine gun.

Off topic, but very interesting…… “Fact Check: About the Rumor Trump’s Grandfather Was Deported from Bavaria”. Found to be true. Deported because he refused to do his military service (must be in the blood). He wrote a letter trying to be able to live in Bavaria again, but was refused. He came to America as a barber’s apprentice (I’m sure there is a joke in there somewhere).

The Supreme Court just upheld a law that barred domestic abused from owning firearms. Only one Justice dissented: Just Clarence Thomas. How can he possibly justify that domestic abusers should have access to guns?!? Is he in the pockets of the NRA?

    Jun 14, 2017 @ History dot Com

‘On June 14, 2017, a gunman walked onto a baseball field at Eugene Simpson Park in Alexandria, Virginia, opening fire on politicians and wounding House GOP Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana and four others.

The representatives had been practicing for the annual Congressional Baseball Game for Charity. James Hodgkinson, a 66-year-old man, asked a passing congressman—South Carolina’s Jeff Duncan—whether Republicans or Democrats were on the field practicing. Once he received confirmation that the Republican representatives were the ones playing ball, Hodgkinson fired off 60 rounds into the unsuspecting elected officials.’

Did this event have any affect on Republican positions in respect to firearms control? Obviously not.

If someone was able to open fire with a bump stock equipped rifle upon a large group of Republicans squeezed together inside a room or in front of a speakers rostrum at an outdoor GOP event, and a significant number were struck by bullets resulting in multiple deaths and injuries, would Republicans — and dare I say it, Libertarians — be persuaded that legal ownership of bump stocks is very, very, very, really very bad public policy, or …

… would the survivors reach out to family and friends of the deceased with sincere and deeply felt “Thoughts and prayers for your spouse / child / friend” ?

What would the 6 on the USSC determine in the wake of such an event?

How do protect We The People from decisions, made by SCOTUS that show a bias vastly different from the public’s using explicit [idelogical] definitions counter to common usage/understanding?
