My dear wife, puts up with my minor eccentricities and will allow me to fix beef and chicken livers, but I have to do so on the grill, she objects to the odor in the house. But, that’s okay, she doesn’t make me consume them outside. She won’t eat them, but doesn’t mind if I do.
