Some news articles have mentioned the excessive amounts of power drawn by AI. Doesn’t even come close to that wasted by people who spend most of their spare time and much of their work time using cells for personal use.

I just renewed (I didn’t know I had it before!) the extended warranty on my 2019 Yugo and my 1978 SMART car. I’m trying to remember where I parked them – they must be around here somewhere.
