What’s so smart about that?

Being left alone is great until you notice that you have been utterly left.

In some cases it is a great tool to help make lovely friends all over the world…

..and makes you more stupid

Smartphone

A device that gives the user instant access to all human knowledge, but which is mainly used to view cute cat videos.

Sort of like Wiley’s Dictionary. It defines everything, but usually the people reading it are all utterly alone by themselves.

As with any addiction what suffers is human relationships.

Some news articles have mentioned the excessive amounts of power drawn by AI. Doesn’t even come close to that wasted by people who spend most of their spare time and much of their work time using cells for personal use.

I wish. My smartphone nags me all the time – about appointments, messages and how the latest update has made it even smarter than it was two days ago. :(

Smartphones suck all the ‘smart’ out of its users.

I just renewed (I didn’t know I had it before!) the extended warranty on my 2019 Yugo and my 1978 SMART car. I’m trying to remember where I parked them – they must be around here somewhere.

I found a Surgical Specialist who grew teensy fingers on my hands to type my keys only one at a time.
