Good morning™, Moon Days Past Recappers !

Getting new readers to replace them who are lame or dying off is key to keeping the strip going. I am okay with the reissue of the Moon days and hope for some heart Quaking excitement to make this Moonage daydream “one for the books” !

Ro-Zan’s use of “Terrans” instead of “humans” (or even “Earthlings”) is another indication of his evil motives. Ro-Zan is talking to a man who thinks of himself as a human being, but by rejecting such terminology, Ro-Zan is showing his contempt for the entire human race. It’s Ro-Zan’s way of asserting his superiority (they are a lesser race and we don’t have to respect their language customs) and a way to free his conscience of feeling bad about the evil he means to perpetrate on the humans (which he surely intends). Ro-Zan is easily the worst enemy Tracy has ever faced, in that he means to enslave the entire planet.

There were a lot more space coupes than I thought there was, as pictured panel 1!

This is a mix of retelling of old stuff and laying down the fact that Ro is lying and up to something isn’t it?

Because Diet already knows, even though limited, of the relocation to NMV because of MG giving him the Space Coupe and Diet giving the ring to Tracy.

Excuse me for being obtuse here, but is this NOT just rehashing the previous TWO “lunar centric” stories where A) honeymoon, tracy, and diet took a coupe to the moon, after Trey was born, and found Moon Valley abandoned and in shambles….and B) when tracy and Frankenmindy (and tess?) visited New Moon Valley and stopped Ro-Ro’s attempted revolt?

Whaaaaat? Moon was has a atmosphere? And this scienteest guy so smart he coulda restoring atmosphere too? Why on earth we is need to worries bout steenky climates change then.

he trusts Tracy. so we know this guy is lying and sounds like he’s coming up with a plausible reason for swarms of space ships to head for earth other than invasion.

He trusts his brother? Wasn’t he some kind of insurrectionist?

What happened to his swirly, spiral eyeballs?

I am not a fan of these goofy Loonie stories that require so much retelling of why in the universe goofy Loonies are even part of the Tracy universe. I think Gould was feeling left behind by all the super-hero comics and felt he needed to throw in some exotica to keep up so he created the Loonies. He should’ve just given Sam super powers as the result of some accident at Smith Industries (insert your own Sam Slam here)

I’m enjoying this—the first panel is terrific.

What’s odd is that Roz-An is actually sounding like he ISN’T nuts, which we all know he is.

I’m usually a poor prophet, but I say this will connectwith the prison break hint last month. Recall Mr.Bribery’s Great Escape of 1967, when t he coupe got in and out before anybody knew what was going on.

Roz-An’s name is “mud” on the Moon, so he has to recruit a new gang
