Typical corporate shell game played by unethical slime-balls in order to steal people’s money with no repercussions; probably a tRump fan!

This is an old idea… though I first ran into it when people were talking about women incorporating their uteruses so that pro-business anti-female politicians’ heads would explode.

This is the sort of thing Trump fans want to stop. But somehow they think putting a fox in charge of the hen-house will fix their problems. Analysis skills….

Stealing and getting away with it means this Richie Tyner fellow has a bright future in the GQP.

Here in Boston, they let corporate raiders buy six hospitals.

Someone got paid off.

Now, the hospitals are being controlled by the state, while the raiders took all the $$.

If corporations are people, why aren’t cities? Following the “logic” of the legendarily stupid and dishonest Citizens United ruling, they should be, too.

If you can’t laugh over situations like this, you’ve got to cry. Wait a minute, I think I’ll cry anyway…

Republicans created this problem but now claim they want to stop it??? Republicans are great at creating problems but not so good at fixing them, usually only making problems worse. Vote republican if you want them to finish destroying your rights and freedoms.

Sounds like a fair deal. (insert maniacal laughter here)

“Corporations are people too!” For voting and speech, but not for breaking the law. Citizens United was one of the first reasons to impeach ay least 4 Supreme Court Justices. Now it’s more.

I did notice that Richie Tyner appears to be white (or actually, kind of a sallow beige), so there’s that….

Business really does need all the help it can get…

Fatal flaw in the plan, and at Step 1. If the cops refuse to sign the charter, the corporation is not executed. You are not obliged to honor requests – particularly from strangers who are breaking the law.
