Opal is a genius. She got Earl to voluntarily do a household chore!

Probably it would have worked as well if she had just cleaned her glasses.

Cataracts are a lot like this. When I go my lenses replaced, the FIRST thing I noticed was that colors were a lot less dingy. And bluer. Especially obvious during the first week when only one eye was renewed and the other one still was imposing quite a bit of light yellow-tan color on things.

ya gotta wash those things every decade or so

Before you “judge” what you see of your neighbors and others make sure your windows and glasses are clean, your eyesight has been checked and corrected for … and that you have examined your own life and the situation you live in.

I used to wash our windows every year, now the rain can take care of the problem…

Wash the windows at least once a week

okay that just made it onto my New Years resolution list. SHOULD be one of the easier resolutions to accomplish :p

1. Rain washes one side of mine; 2. I don’t light the fireplace or cook to keep the inside spotless.
