How does Bernice know who Tiffany has over at her Manse?? Nobody would tell that obnoxious jerk anything!

Is it possible to dislike Bernice a little more every day? I’m starting to feel that way.

To the extent that Bernice never seems to go anywhere or do anything or have other friends it’s a wonder that she knows about Tiffany having Kip as a summer houseguest. Maybe Luann has been talking in her sleep?

I’m also disappointed that what seemed like a Luann story has morphed into a Tiffany story. Can we just have a week of Luann?

If these girls were middle class or lower, they would be “gossiping”. If they were rich, they would be “bringing each other up to date”.

Why do they even care what goes on at the Mansion. High School was a long time ago. ( like 10 years ago).

If these two ever tried to look attractive, the change would be so radical, that they would make everyone else uncomfortable.

Even in actual life, sarcasm barely counts as humor. Maybe “tool of the devil” is too harsh, but it’s more a mere coping mechanism than anything else. But sarcasm at the expense of the invented flaws of a fictional character is basically comic T-ball.

Bernice is a student at Moony University with Tiffany and Gunther.

No, her messing up orders is a symptom of her mental state. Bernice is going to make a wonderful psychologist.

Luann has figured out exactly what is happening to Tiffany and doesn’t seem to judge or think bad of her, she’s just reporting the fact. Bernice, the future psychology, probably would not have understood anything. I hope Bernice doesn’t decide to go help Tiffany. She would probably do a lot more harm than good. But it’s a very iphotetical fear, because Bernice running to help someone who, more than a friend, she probably sees as an acquaintance would be a surprise. Maybe Luann will be the one who will try to help her in some way.

Of all the offensive noun-verbing that occurs these days, “summering” is the worst.

But “verbing” is up there too.

Child, please… Dippy Kippy is, indeed, smitten on steroids over Spiffy Swifty Tiffy. Tiff is, after all, a fledgling ❤️Eiffelette. Who wouldn’t be? An avid follower of the principals set forth in “Seduction for Fun and Profit”. When in doubt always say “WWA❤️D”? The other way around? Shirley, you jest. Tru dat, Tiff is a tad on the plus size but a lot of lowly worms go for that. No prob. Tuff Tiff really rocks the string thong bikini, and how boy howdy. so the week so far wasn’t a different story arc, but a switch t a different perspective on the Tiffany/Kip arc!!!

So Luann’s saying Kip wouldn’t be eyeing up Tiff because Tiff is spacey and messes up orders? Look, Luann… I doubt Kip’s standards are so high. He’s dating Stef. ’Nuff said about his standards there.

Though I guess Luann may be suggesting that Tiff is messing up orders cause she’s got her mind on Kip… but that’s not exactly negating the possibility of Kip finding Tiffany attractive.

Also I like how even Bernice and Luann got bored with their plot and shifted focus to talking about a slightly more interesting subplot that doesn’t involve them.

Bernice can’t go one day without badmouthing at least one of her supposed “friends”, apparently. At least Luann got spared this time.

And, as predicted, the gossip mill has begun to turn. Tiffany and Kip living at the mansion is just too juicy a story for this small circle of friends not to be obsessed with, and Tiffany didn’t help the situation when she told Luann her contrived story and framed Kip. It’s similar to when Luann needed to know if Gunther and Bets were having sex. Steffanie should be getting quite the earful from her friends about now, but I still think Kip and Steffie are up to something, that something being a way to get at Tiffany’s money.

Tomorrow – will we hear Luann say, “Tiffany is having a Pool Party and wants us to come.” If I keep mentioning summer pool party -maybe it will happen.

I’m off my particular Bern rant, I’m aware, which I’m not too sure many here would agree, that Bern’s snarkiness is exaggerated for effect, and absurdist humor, more deeply, but she makes some good points behind of all of that. It’s not clear enough to me if Tiff is agog over Kip, More, than he is at least interested in her. Frankly, a real relationship would be nice to see Tiff in and I think Kip would do, but of course there is little Southern Belle hell-raiser in the picture, betrayal, hot forbidden love, OH DURN, Luann, you got your hot, hot romance! Bern, make her mad enough to write it. For those who hate Bern don’t, Luann couldn’t have a better friend to push her (well Tara is coming in hot as second), and if it came to it, Bern would throw herself in front of a bus for Luann. That is what truly counts. I’d do it for my best friend, and he’s frustrated me for 70 years.

Looks like Luann has Tiff figured out and maybe she can flesh out the rest of the story and either put it in writing or help Tiff solve her problem.

Do either of them tip Tiffany when she brings them their order?

So… who does Bern tell next? And when does it finally get back to Kip that he “has a thing for Tiff”?
