How about a story where Knute asks for Luann help painting some of his welding creations. He has a big order for steel flamingos and needs someone to paint eyes on them. And as they paint they can talk about the old days and whether Knute is making money with welding art.

There was once peace between Gunther and Les, then Bets entered the picture and gave Tiffany false information. The peace is now broken.

The misunderstanding is resolved, now Tiffany will feel like a fool for a while. Les will probably be offended with her and I hope he tells her off for being nosely and loving gossip way too much, because it’s about time someone do it. Regardless, Nancy relaxing under a fan is a beautiful image.

Hot flashes = power surges. It’s all in how you look at it. Peri-menopause can last a long time. Mine was over 10 years. Night sweats were the worst. So glad it’s all over now. I thought I’d never be able to feel cold again. Since it’s a restaurant, they must have a walk in fridge or freezer. Nancy needs to spend a little time rotating/organizing the stock in one of those – she’ll cool right off.

All the females look the same. And the same age.

A self-centered video game playing twit is actually going to notice the occasional menopausal discomfort of some lady who works at the restaurant he washes dishes at and never even talks to, huh? Yeah, that’s some Dickensian plot turn, eh kids?

I rarely criticize an arc but I’m disappointed by this one. It’s an old trope that’s been done to death. I expected better from Karen.
