Back up! There will be many comics to catch up on. Somehow threats are a bit less ominous when accompanied by a snuggle and purr.

The GoComics ops teams all deserve a shower, a hug, a beer and a nap, not necessarily in that order, for whatever they went through over the last few days.

Yay!!!! We’re back! I missed y’all.

At last! It’s been days! I thought we were permanently doomed.

Yay! It’s back! And the orb is back in it’s rightful place!

I’m back! Had a problem logging in but the chat bot was helpful. I cleared cache per Denny’s suggestion but I could not log in. I had to uncheck the remember me box because apparently the clear cache cleared that as well. I will recheck that when I next login and the world will be normal again!!!

And many, many thanks to the techs who labored 4 days to fix whatever it was. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving after having a good sleep and a good meal. Where would we be without our computer geeks.

And many thanks to Georgia for keeping us up to date with her “keep the faith” updates on FB.

Now I can have a good nights rest too knowing we are all back in touch.

I’m wondering…with the “Big Shutdown for FOUR DAYS”, what HAS changed here?? Did anything change??

Welcome back Georgia and the BCN crew, and kudos to the GoComics IT team!

Wow, the comments are coming fast and furious. Everyone must be up late (well, it’s only 8:42 pm MST here). They have doubled in 30 minutes! It is sooooo GREAT to see everyone again!

Oh, you have no idea how happy I am to be back here. Not gonna lie, I was worried about not having all of you alongside me in the days to come.

A couple of cats named Kitty and Molly and a dog named Cookie have been given a heads up about an impending reunion at the RB with their human, possibly in the next 24 hours.

The MIL had a fall at home yesterday morning and was found by NTB on the ground, unable to get up, and only semi-coherent. The incoherence is likely the result of her blood sugar being over 800. Granted, her usual methods for managing her diabetes have frequently horrified me, but I don’t think she’s ever been at 800. Also, she has both pneumonia and C19, her most recent O2 sats were in the 40s, and the assessment late this afternoon was it’s presently not a question of “if” but “when.” Fortunately, we are visiting my family for the holiday, so we’re not without support, but … yeah …

It’s so good to be back! I have missed the Orb. I love the Comments almost as much as the Comic! Many, many thanks to the GoComics techs who fixed the problem!

Hooray! It’s back!!! I just kept occasionally checking until just now I thought what the heck I’ll try again an here y’all are! I missed the comics but also all the comments. There were comments on the other sites, but the names were all strange, so either people have another name for here or something – I like knowing who I’m chatting with:)

I’m so happy to be back. The days with this down just.. didn’t feel the same. While I could still read the comics I missed the sense of community this place has. I do feel the GoComics managment could’ve put out more of a statment then “we’re working on it relax” , and done it day one.. but i’m just happy to have it back. Thank you to those on the tech team your last two days must’ve been insufferable.

On Thursday next, I think we will all have something more to be thankful for: GoComics tech staff. We’ve been hard on you, at times, but this time you’ve come through with shining colors!

If I ever get a tortie, at least now I’ll have an idea of what I would be in for. Like him saying “that’s not the line”. I guess she’s ready to come out. The way she’s purring, saying she’s all three bears, gonna eat all your food, break all your chairs, while purring up a storm.
