Poor Tiff, she doesn’t know that knave Quill planned to go with Luann even though Tiff was the one who invited him in the first place. Quill, be a man and tell Tiffany in no uncertain terms, or you are just stringing her along and I will never forgive you.

Luann has Quill unless she continues to act like Luann when the subject of Tiffany comes up or Tiffany is around, then she becomes the moral equivalent of Tiffany and will loose Quill.

I think that Luann is just as dellusional as Tiffany is!

Is it me, or does Quill communicating with these 2 rivals make me think he is enjoying the drama between them? Maybe he’s not such a great guy after all. Pretty sure if Luann were my daughter, I would be pointing out this boy’s immature behavior, and cautioning her to BE CAREFUL!

Ok can we all agree that the “drama” camp joke has been made and doesn’t need to be repeated?

Why would Quill be telling Tiffany this?

This will be one crazily dramatic drama camp. _

Quill even said he was coming back to see Luann, and we know Quill is serious about his career and Luann, so why paint contrasts between luann and tiffany like they’re both equally confused about Quill?

I hope Luann gets in and Tiffany doesn’t!

Yeah, it WAS Tiff’s idea & Quill is just letting Tiffany know that he’s accepting the idea. SHE’S the one who thinks he coming to be with her. Was there more to the airplane trip last year than we heard about? I doubt it – just Tiff’s overactive imagination.

I’d rather they go back to the “Misadventures of Bernice and Delta”. Luann can occasionally tweet them with updates, which they can ignore once they find/charge their phones.

How quickly our frame of reference changes! The last two weeks, we were talking about mature themes— first jobs, interviews, car problems, DIY repairs— and this week is pure little-girl silliness again. Guess it’s going to take me a while to think something other than, “Oh, grow up already!”*But Tiff is, for her, almost naked— where are the bangles & make up? Did Crystal rob your jewelry box?

How do we KNOW that he isn’t playing both the girls? Quill and Tiffany have spent a lot of time together out of sight of Luann — and us.

We only have Quill’s word that nothing happens between them, and most of the time we don’t even have that. Not once have we seen him tell Tiff to back off.

Okay, so he is just politely telling Tiff because it was her idea. Is Quill so dense that he doesn’t know that Tiffany has her claws out for him? Yet here we see him sending Tiffany and Luann essentially the same message. “I’m coming to your area to attend Drama Camp”. He has to know what effect his message has on her. So he’s being thoughtful and considerate of her feelings and totally oblivious to them all at the same time?!?

Quill is starting to look like just another Aaron Hill.

Way to generalize. In Tiffany’s case I think it’s a dye-job.

So Dave, let me see if I understand you correctly. You are saying that Toni and Brad roll in the hay every chance they get on the basis of a suggestive hint that they might have taken a shower together, yet Quill comes extremely close to bedding Luann last year (Luann is only saved literally by the bell), yet his motives and intentions as pure as the drifted snow? A guy who didn’t think twice about taking an underage girl in her own bedroom while her parents were out would never, ever stoop so low as to play both Luann and Tiffany together?

Is that what you are saying?

Quill has always been polite to Tiffany. I think in his mind they are friends. It would have been rude to keep it from her after it was her idea.Yes, my head is full of other possibilities, but I’m ignoring them unless the strip takes us down that road.

I don’t think Quill is coming all the way to drama camp in the US just to see a cat fight between Luann and Tiff. He could instigate a similar fight anywhere. And he’s not spending all that money on airline tickets and living expenses just to go to one particular drama camp. He’s coming to see Luann, so I don’t think he’ll be that easily distracted by Tiff.

I guess I needed my daily dose of coconut today.

It seems that Tiffany is the real drama queen. Luann is laid back.

I still don’t get why people read a comic when they hate the main character. Can you explain that?

Please! Quill hasn’t texted anybody. He is using facebook (yes Luann and Tiff have facebook on their cellphones) and everybody who has friended him gets his message that he is coming to the US for drama camp.

Drama? Camp? You mean this WHOLE COMIC? Hyuk hyuk hyuk!

I still think there’s a possibility of either a showdown between Lu and Tiff (providing the “real-life” drama to cut into the camp at some point) or the surprising double-take of them both rejecting him, somehow (whether each does it separately, or using the “unexpected team-up” plot twist)…

I predict a rerun or the West Side Story scenario, in which Tiffany is shocked when Luann gets the role she was certain she was a shoe in for.

Has it even been established whether Luann is going to this camp?

Boy, Tiffany is going to be disappointed.

Tiff is planning to get knocked up by Quill, so greg can have a teen pregnancy story arc next winter…..

And lest we forget, Tiff doesn’t really care about Quill. All she wants is to get him away from Luann— Tiff’s as jealous of Luann as Luann is of her.*If Tiff develops real feelings, it’ll be for Oxford.

Men all seem to like attention; the more the better from ladies. Tiffany is such a pain but Luann is rather messed up in her views (rather like myself). Some people never totally grow up;-D

I think I’ve discovered something… in looking back on the June 18-July 4 2012 strips, it seems the keys to all this, the crux of this arc’s development are there…. as well as Feb. 18-23 of 2013….

Wait, when America has Summer Vacay, Australia would still be in their school year.
