With the women I worked with, the place might have shut down without them.

“No, we can’t have a quota – we will only hire women on merit.” “So, those we don’t hire aren’t worthy of being hired, then?”

I know we’re many years from it, but when it becomes a reality, start hiring cybernetic women. That way, the harassment of gentic women will be become nearly non-existent.

Three of the people sitting at this table are actually wearing pants. Can you guess which ones?

Farside, I have had the same experience. Women work harder and do a better job than most men…..They make much better managers. They pay attention to detail. They are more responsible. They carry the weight…..They are known to cooperate more… I would much rather work with and/or for a woman than a man. By far….

Sexual discrimination and sexual harassment is not limited to one specific gender, race, or political persuasion. It’s easy to point the finger at one specific demographic and say: " It’s all their fault ! "

All of us is guilty… either through overt actions or tacit acceptance that this is “just part of the job”, or complicity because, “He’s the boss, what can I do ?”

If a certain demographic group are suddenly threatened and being taken to task for their past behavior, all I can say is: " It’s about damn time ! "

What becomes of those who used sex to succeed, the old sleep your way to the top? Are they not equally guilty of something? Can someone who got passed over for a promotion because they failed to sleep with the boss have a legitimate claim to a hostile workplace? It always bothered me that men are known as cheaters, and their partners were somehow not guilty.

Irrespective of political party, does anyone notice a similarity in all the sexual harassers recently exposed? Any one thing they might all have in common?

Last I read Silicon Valley has already started putting this policy in place. They’re obviously not as bright as they would like us to believe.

Unfortunately this could actually happen in small companies that don’t have to deal with government.

The Republican male concept of a zero-tolerance policy. When Democrats harass women, they are ousted. When Republicans do it, they are held in higher regard.

What is good for Republicans is bad for Democrats. Sexual harassment charges. Democrats oust, Republican holds their hand pat. Unfair especially if the robotic hoards of voters still support the Republicans.

I can appreciate how the women may feel about this, but I’m not the one sleeping with one of these guys who just raised their hands to do this…
