danger danger Will Robinson the devil in a blue dress showed up, yeah i know i said that already but what can i say lost in space is my favorite tv show of all time lol
I’d say that this arc is going into overtime, but it has been in overtime for at least a month now!
Clarifying what I was trying to say yesterday, let’s forget about what was said. I’ll just say that if TJ came to me, and I was an owner, sparks would have flown.
In the meantime, as others have predicted, it appears Nancy is going rogue and will end up coddling Tiffany in ways that Luann never heard of.
I should have been able to sense a great disturbance in the force, now i would have seen the cause. Ann Eiffel is experiencing delusions of grandeur. She thinks because her shares a name with a great wonder of the world(which towers over paris) that she can “tower” over everyone she feels is beneath her. It’s why Tiffanty hates her so much.
Not sure where Pittsville is, but The Fuse must be the only nice place in town if Ann is a regular. Tiff should send TJ to Ann’s table: “Can I help you?”
Right away Nancy sees that Tiffany is weeping hysterically and then wants to punch a customer in the face. While I know this is going to go in the direction where Nancy helps Tiffany with her Ann Eiffel problem, I would be more amused if Nancy took T.J. aside and said, “Tiffany is emotionally unstable. Maybe she should work in the back away from the customers.”
Greg is shaking up his lineup. First Pru takes the field and then leaves. Then Frank and Nancy get a little spotlight time. And, here comes Jack, in and out. Then we see TJ, and get a little peek at Leslie. Enter Tiffany. Hold on. One more trip to the bullpen and, when the smoke clears, there sits the Dragon Lady herself, Ann Eiffel.
I can see Eiffel attempting to buy the whole establishment with Tiffany’s dad’s money and FINALLY having it out, with her brother and son getting involved as they try to prevent it.
I wonder where TJ is hiding when Eiffel shows up? They have history as well from way back when he worked with her and Bernice (and Brad too if I remember right) and he did manage to get her fired. I think this is a hole in the plot because someone as diabolical as Eiffel would definitely seek revenge against TJ and put Tiff on the back burner since from her point of view she has already derailed Tiff’s lifestyle by sucking up to Tiff’s Dad. Of course maybe I just want to see TJ put his charm to wok on the evil one again but having Ms. DeGroot take Eiffel on should be interesting as well!
Maybe Nancy will use her executive (part owner) power and ask Ann to vacate the establishment. I don’t think anyone would like to set near her and eat.
So Tiffany is going to flunk out of college. And maybe lose all access to Daddy’s money. But she has a job and some skills she can turn into a business. She can make it on her own, and Ann and Daddy can leave the strip forever.
Well the Good Witch is about to personally meet the Bad Witch. Nancy can be a witch if she thinks her kids are being threatened, as she even told Toni, the Babe, heroine princess, so will that witchy mothering instinct come out in Tiffany’s behalf on the evil witch, grifter, Ann? Should be fun.
As many others have said, how come Old Smiley, Ox, and Les are ALWAYS “missing” whenever Ann shows up at the Fuse?
ESPECIALLY Old Smiley. It’s funny how he’s always there to spot Tiffany’s customers not being served, but does a disappearing act when Ann flys in on her broomstick. You’d almost think that Smiley and Ann were one and the same person. ;) But I digress.
I have little doubt Ann is there to drive yet another nail in Tiff’s coffin. I get the feeling that it will involve her telling Tiffany to improve her grades or else. PLUS no more dorm room and moving back home. Ann could even threaten to pull Tiff out of Mooney and put her into the cheaper Community College, though I sort of doubt that. Too much of a set up with the Hall A Gang.
So, what are the options? Tiffany stays at Mooney, but moves in with the DeGroots rather live with Ann? That I can see. Bets, Gunther and maybe Bernice coming to Tiff’s rescue with her studies at Mooney? That’s a given “IF” Tiff is allowed to stay at Mooney. Tiff dropping out, Nancy feeling sorry for her, offering a place to stay plus the opportunity to open “Tiff as Nails” at the Fuse? The longest of long shots, but also quite possible.
I look forward to what is likely to be a pivotal week. CHEERS! :)
This looks like the perfect time to reveal Nancy’s past as a boxing champion. Or to start a list of banned customers. Or a simple, good old fashioned “Very good mother VS Very bad mother: FIGHT”.
I hate co-workers who are always trying to push their work onto other people. Its annoying and unfair and I would bet that Tiffany is one of those that does it all the time – especially the ones she knows don’t have a tip for her.
Tom’s live in hooker is Greg’s Lady Macbeth. She may get bumped around, but she will not be defeated. “I don’t like it, but I guess things happen that way.”
Oh boy! I think Tiffany just might be getting an advocate in Nancy. Once Nancy is brought up to speed about Ann sparks will fly——I hope Ann has Finally met her match.
This could be beneficial to Tiffany. She can tell Nancy what’s been going on and then maybe she can get people involved to help her deal with Ann once and for all
Rut-roh! Geez, this storyline is really jumping around! Looks like the confrontation moved from kitchen to café. Someone called this last week?
So will Nancy be nice and get sarcasm from Ann, or will she buckle and have someone(TJ?) intervene, or will she stand up to that nasty woman? Would love to see her (Nancy) become “mama bear” and tell her off!
This could not go as annie thinks. Mrs. degroot is an owner. if annie does know this and cops an attitude she’ll be revealed by an ‘adult’ instead of her usual victims who can maybe talk to tiff’s dad.
86 Ann Eiffel. There is no need to tolerate a rude customer, especially one who causes such distress in an employee. Happens all of the time. Also, with Nancy being one of the two owners she can make it stick and also create some distance between the 86 and Tiffany.
Nancy: I’m not going to punch anyone in the face, Tiffany! But, since you seem to have some animosity, I’ll take her order and I’ll serve her. And, after our shifts are over, let’s talk privately about what this is all about.
So, that brings Tiff to the crossroads. Nancy will ask “What? Who? When? Where? Why?” If Tiff plays her cards right and sticks to the facts, and emphasizes the common ground that she has with Nancy over The Fuse being used for illegal purposes, then Tiff could gain an ally. Nancy could make calls to the other victims and independently verify the truth about Ann. And then ban Ann from The Fuse. And later, help to bring her down.
But, if Tiff reverts to form, cranks up the waterworks and makes it all about herself (“Ann Eiffel is such a (w)itch! She’s ruining my life and sleeping with my Dad! She cut back on my unlimited credit card! She goes on expensive vacations to Italy with my Dad while I starve! I hate her!”) then Nancy would dismiss the Ann situation as another of Tiff’s childish daily TiffDramas and Ann gets off the hook again.
I am anticipating a line next week where Nancy reprimands Ann (in some way) who then says (thinking Nancy is a waitress) “I am going to report you the owner of this establishment” whereupon Nancy gets to say “I am the owner”.
If Ann is a take out order, why is she sitting at a table? I thought the entire point of “take out” was that you ordered by phone, paid at the register, took your food and left.
