Well, that’s one question answered, Looks like Tiffany is STILL in college, and she didn’t let last semesters “flunking out” discourage her. Either THAT, or Poppa Farrell insisted. Now it remains to be seen if any stories actually take place on campus.

So what’s next? “Cooking with TJ?”

Dez, you just lost control of your garden. Tiff will find a way to scale up your tender personal care approach until you won’t even recognize the taste of that tomato from the other day.

Tiff is a big dreamer of things that will never happen.

I’m speechless. …. Well, not entirely. This is the summation of the last two weeks? Tiffany going insane over a gallon of Strawberry Ice Cream? (Sorry, wrong insane person) Meanwhile we still lack closure on TJ and cooking at the Ferrall’s, which I thought was the plot! At days like this I find the writing as bad as the current 9 Chickweed Lane which seems made up each day with no consideration to what has gone before. And going to explain to Tiffany that everyone has had the idea of farm to table produce.

So Tiff is still in school. That’s good to know. Let’s see your business plan proposal. I suggest you to research because you’re out of your depth – after all you know almost nil about gardening or farming. It is much more complicated than a beauty salon.

Well, she is taking business classes. My brother always said, ‘If you are going to dream, Dream in color’.

A few weeks ago, Dez said this was a community garden. How big is that community, and would Tiff have to ask them if they’re interested? Nope. Because that’s irrelevant. Dez doesn’t want the money. Sure, she could pay for those exotic vacations somehow (surely her parents didn’t pay a dime, because readers of a certain age hate the idea of young people being privileged; apparently they can’t accept that college students aren’t independently wealthy in 2020). But she would never accept the money, even if Tiff’s idea wasn’t ridiculous. By the way, I still don’t care for Dez, because I have a mind of my own; sorry not sorry.

Looks like she wants to be a master of her own domain.

I like the idea of doing a “mock” biz plan for a business class, plus the promotion marketing P, and the eCommerce, Business Law domain topic, Tiffany is paying attention to her Business classes. As a humble CC Business instructor it warms my heart. Will Dez’s earth and peace concept intersect with Tiffany’s nascent business sense, and TJ’s desire to be a chef and have a restaurant that is renown? Karen must have taken some business courses in college, that I can tell.

My beloved Tiffany is building sandcastles in the air and considering how to bring them down to Earth. I don’t see success but in reality, many dreams are tried and either fail or flourish. The rest of us miss 100% of the opportunities we decline to try.

It seems she isn’t recognizing the labor involved here is not after business opportunities. Many oppose all entrepreneurs because they attempt to profit from meeting the needs and desires of others, but nearly everything we have is because of such people. Further, the failures of those who swung and missed are reported daily in the news.

HOORAY! Tiffany will start gardening with Dez♡♡! As an assignment to do for a class! She will definitely have to face the fact that it is hard work with a lot of problems to solve. But she will come out stronger! Or she will quit the project abandoning ignominiously it at the first difficulty, finding herself in trouble with the university.

I am new here, but if the person who appears to be a ditzy Barbie owns so many trucks, then I wouldn’t want to ride in one of them. She probably doesn’t know how to mechanically maintain a truck.

Tiffany is forgetting one thing: Gotta have finished products to put on more land and deliver in trucks. But it is a mock biz project, so she at least has an outline in progress.

Maybe she’ll take this idea to “Daddy-Dearest” and he’ll buy her a farm somewhere…

I’m with Dez !

Fez is into love, peace, personal growth. Tiff is into $, $, and $ growth. Is one word a sufficient intersection?

Tiff isn’t just excited, she looks downright crazed.

Well, she’s gone and left Dez in the dust and in a daze…how many more days of this?

Tiffany is a little too ambitious.

I guess copyright law doesn’t apply here because the business name hasn’t been used to actually create anything real, but it made me wonder if G&K negotiated beforehand for a kickback from the Garden of Eatin executives for the interest and google searches that this comic generates. It puts an unethical taste on it for me.

There already is a Garden of Eatin’; I get their Red Hot Blues (corn chips) all the time.

The cycle is complete, more or less. This arc started with Dez and TJ pushing their way into Tiffany’s kitchen, and now Tiffany has pushed her way into Dez’ hobby.

“Garden of Eatin’” – Barbecue chain Sonny’s salad bar. Sorry, Tiff. And, no, I don’t think you’ll find a Garden of Eatin’ in a Sonny’s dining room these days.

Garden of Eatin’ is taken, I believe.

Tiffany besides all the potential roadblocks I mentioned yesterday, there’s an even bigger one in front of you. Dez. She doesn’t go commercial, besides, a commercial garden mgiht not taste as good as Dez’s little garden.

Sure! Leave the brown woman to do all the work.

Tiffany’s had an epiphany! (I’m proud of myself for that one.) Showing some initiative, and good for her, I say. Somehow I suspect that poor Dez will become redundant, though, and fairly soon.

There are not a lot of rich farmers. Not individual farmers.

I can’t believe the criticism of Tiffany’s behavior. To be successful in her pursuit of “moguldom,” Tiffany has to exploit her personal attributes. For example, Tiffany’s panache and personal appearance would give her a leg up in the world of marketing. Which actually appears to be consistent with her behavior in recent strips.

Tiff’s motto seems to be “Go Big or Go Home!”

I may be missing something, but doesn’t the garden look like it should look in the spring, before planting (except for the falling leaves)? What happened to all the crops we saw a few days ago?

Tiffany has no idea how much it cost to “get” more trucks and “get” more land. One has to spend at least $100,000 to buy those things.

Tiffany has not done any farm work this week so she has no idea what is involved in gardening. Dez has done the work, that is why she does not want to make it into a business.

And, here comes big Ag.

She has gone from T-shirts to produce. In real life, that is how it works. Earn enough to lease the land and farm it. Keep both businesses going. Take baby steps to success.

Perfect domain, indeed! Lovely artwork. Even if the plan doesn’t happen, Tiffany is excited about something related to a class project. Hope she does well and gets a good grade. ;-)

Where Is TeaFanny?

Desdemona is missing a roommate and Tiffany probably attend Moony University while living in the mansion. Will Desdemona get a new roommate?

Where is TJ?

I could see a little farmer’s market boutique for Dez and Tiff. And TJ could use that huge kitchen of Tiff’s to film his new hit cooking show on the Food Network, advertising for Tiff and Dez’s produce while he is at it. This really could be a great thing. Except that Dez probably isn’t really into it. They are going to have to manage the business aspect of it and maybe give Dez a little spot on the land where she can just do her thing and ignore everything else. And then they could hire people to help and Dez could teach them how to farm and…and…and…and… I like this arc :)
