Like ketchup: takes a while for the stuff to come out of the bottle when shaken and pounded until it all comes out at once.

I really only got that when I was taking CoQ-10. I suppose it’s more of a problem for people who take the vitamins in gummy form.

Look like Luann needs to go back to the Flintstones Chewable Vitamins.

I’ll still take it over the old multivitamins when I was a kid that tasted straight-up like dirt. I know medicines getting sweet flavorings is a luxury, but I don’t understand how those caplets used to sell with having 10% bitterness and 90% sand as the flavor profile…

Normally those vitamin jars have little packets of silica gel to absorb the water. Anyhow I agree with the Duck above about the Flintstone Chewables, they never stuck together as well as One a Day and Centrum.

I have a vitamin supplement like that. I’ve learnt to store the bottle upside down and then it’s easy to get at the blob and remove one.

Uh, Lu? Check the expiration date on that bottle of vitamins, BEFORE consumption. And since they’ve all touched your hand, chew them ALL. Or chew one, and chuck the rest. COVID protocols don’t ‘cha know.

And what’s this? Avocado Toast again? What happen to all those yummy, crispy pancakes Ms Bernice used to fix for breakfast?? I say, you had better meddle in Bern’s business forthwith, and get to the bottom as to WHERE she’s been sneakin’ around with. (Jack) and with “Who.” (Jack,Jack). – [Sorry, friends. Been practicing Morse Code] ;)

And get your pop to help expose her little ‘secret’ and burn Bern’s “little playhouse” down. He’d BETTER if he ever wants to enjoy those artery clogging flapjacks again. Only THIS time, with BACON!

PS: And I’d CHARGE Benjamin for this “service” if “I” were You.

Yeah, they stick together. In unity there is strength.

And their color-coating rubs off on your fingers.

Still worth it, Luann. Just “shake before opening”!

Vitamins? I’d suspect that maybe Dez had gotten Luann on a healthier diet. But, commercial vitamins, and, what looks to be bagels from a commercial bakery wouldn’t be what Dez would “prescribe” for a healthy breakfast. (I’d suggest that maybe those vitamins were something else that a young woman might take daily. But as far as I know the product I’m thinking of, doesn’t come in a jar, doesn’t stick to gether, probably wouldn’t want to take them in front of Frank, and, unless she just being prepared, doesn’t need them, because Luann hasn’t come close to needing to prevent unintended consequences from certain activities.)

My capsule vitamins have those little pillows that attract moisture. Helps keep the gel capsules from sticking together! And I save them in a jar in case my phone gets wet. Saw you can use them to dry out the phone. Haven’t needed to try to though. Thankfully. ;-)

open the ketchup, stick a bread knife in there and swirl it around a couple of times. remove the knife wipe as much on the item you want ketchup on and then if need pour more. It allows air to enter the mix. NOW if you shake it up the air bubble you created breaks down and distributes throughout, making it easier to pour.

So, next Sunday, continuing in this direction, Frank struggles to open his pill bottle. Can’t get the cap off. Starts cussing. Luann comes by and opens it in 2 seconds. Frank fumes. The “Ha Ha silly Dad” type of Sunday strip. Or has this already been done?

It’s interesting that this ‘toon appears in the collection of strips classified by GoComics as ’Popular’, but, on the ‘A through Z’ collection of all strips, the one from October 24 is featured.

Whose bright idea was to make a vitamin supplement in a gummi like candy? Medicine should never look like candy. Yes, it is possible to overdose on some vitamins.
