Even a stopped clock…

No, it’s called “Leaking Depends”.

Stopped being surprised decades ago.

I thought it was caused by the ionization of the air molecules… O-2 to O-3

Actually he’s been yelling out random words every 20 minutes. Eventually one of them was related to a current conversation.

Wonder if anybody at Google notices a sudden spike today in searches for the word petrichor

Ed must have came across that word in a crossword puzzle.

In Cranky’s case I had to look that word up. It is rare, but he is RIGHT!

I learned that word from Grandiloquent Word of the Day on FB!

He read that in the Bean’s End catalog.

I always try to find soap, lotion or candles with that scent at Bath & Body Works. They used to have one called “Rainkissed leaves”, but they discontinued it. They now have one called “Fresh Rainfall”, which is very pleasantly scented, too.

There is a Bloom County strip where Opus comments about loving the smell after a rain, and Oliver informs him that it is petrichor, an oil produced by plant feces. If you google Bloom County petrichor, you can find it. It’s one of my favorite Bloom County strips.
