    You’re also successful if you’ve eaten a lot of cheese. And twice as successful if you also put cheese on your Italian foods (like parmesan on your spaghetti).

    With an Italian mother, aunts, sister, I guess I could say I had my quota of Italian food before leaving the nest. But, my wife and I learned how to make a lot of it, so piling goodness on top of goodness. Mangiare!

    As long as that includes espresso then yeah! BTW Italian food is not a ton of pasta. It’s fresh fish, veggies, and fruit. Mediterranean and very hearty. Except the delights at the pasticiaria. OMG
