I bet the parents are mostly red voters who cannot see the reason why there is no free lunch for children.

There could be a lunch provided, but the school district doesn’t need the aggravation of parental menu item insistences, and the resultant lawsuits. . . .

The problem is not that Christianity is not being taught in schools.

This is how ElePhinks developed such long schnozzes: constant lying; lying to make Pinocchio ashamed. He isn’t sorry in the slightest degree!

LA ranks near the bottom of states in many factors making a livable states but, by gum, it’ll impose a religious ideology on schoolchilden to make their lives “better”.

I remember when a jew told me that there are 613 commandments. I’d like to see them put them on a poster! Besides, the ones they posted are the Protestant version.

A Republican priority is slashing SNAP benefits that feed poor families. Why? Because billionaires need more tax cuts.

They’re is no commandment in California that requires the Teachers Union to teach students to read.

That bill was struck down last week even though introduced by a Democrat and endorsed by the State PTA and NAACP.

As one evangelical was heard to say in an interview yes, I heard what Christ said, but he was wrong.

“When I was hungry, you gave me to eat.” But the Christians who think posting the Ten Commandments in the classroom will make the world what they want it to be don’t pay any attention to the part of the Bible that’s all about what the founder of their religion taught.

Can we post the current personal grades of Biden v Trump against the 10C? Biden, like most of us, probably fall short in some areas but TRUMP! Trump’s at 1 of 10, maybe 0 for 10. I don’t understand the screaming about MAGA and make all things Christian by a group of people who consider Donald J Trump a viable leader, the man’s character reeks and he’s never confessed to Christ that he’s a sinner and seeks redemption. There are YouTube videos from Christian seminars he visited back in 2015 where he basically REFUSES to answer the question of when were you saved???? Not Christ Like. NADA. None.

Not specifically about a free lunch, but I always liked the Jefferson Airplane song where they borrowed from the Bible John 22:15-17 “Good Shepherd – feed my sheep”

And there ain’t no commandment against gratuities being accepted by elected officials who steered business to that “Thank You” person beforehand. (SCOTUS handed that decision down yesterday!)

Whenever, someone complains that they have a tough life, they need to open their eyes and look for who is trying to help them, and who is not.

Most red states are in a world of hurt for many reasons, but one reason for certain is the lack of compassion the GOP (MAGA Republicans) have for their fellow humans.
