A Monday surprise! Another two week Minit Mystery! JUST KIDDING!!! One was more than enough. Stay tuned to this Tracy channel for an interesting next week of strips though.

Somehow, looking at that drawing, I can hear Celestine singing MacArthur Park (“I don’t think I can take it, because it took so long to bake it, and I’ll never have that recipe again, Oh Noooo!”)

The centre piece of Celestine looks like pop art if it didn’t have Dick Tracy or the other guy and her dialogue balloon.

I almost expected her to display a pair of Dracula like fangs in the close up.

Actually, it would make perfect sense to deny it, since Tracy’s evidence isn’t anything you could seriously bring to a jury.

Yelling “I killed Felipe,” on the other hand…

I think that she is innocent. Tracy coersed her confession.

…and she shot the sheriff. But she did not kill the deputy…..

It would be useless to deny it? Given the tissue paper thin case Tracy has?

1- CELESTINE: So much unsubstantiated, circumstantial evidence! I’d be a fool to point out that I saw Juana shoot Milongo after he messed up her newly waxed floor! SO I WON’T! JUST GET THE ROPE AND HANG ME LIKE A PICTURE ON A WALL!!!

Great how he figured it out, with clues that none of us were privy to.
