most LEOs love their jobs. my cousin actually broke down and cried at his retirement ceremony. he was a detective, and a good one.

Nevertheless this is stupid… By all accounts Crunchy is in his 70s and he did retire… If his wife didn’t file the paperwork he would have continued to get paid while on a several-month-long unauthorized vacation…Like the Dems and Biden this strip was better off without him…

My boss put in his retirement papers last year, but told us he had until a certain date to cancel the retirement. Shortly before that date, he pulled his papers. This year he was promoted to CIO.
