    A long walk is much more relaxing. If you want more strain you can swing some light weights while you walk, or walk faster…both, as it gets easier.

    There is, Opal! It’s called “keep doing the exercise.” Your body will grow stronger and more flexible and exercise will become easier and easier. Too many people, especially those who start exercising after a long period of inactivity, overdo it and even if they don’t, they don’t persevere and reap the benefits, including the fact that exercise wll become easier.
