For a moment, I thought “WKFL” was the local radio station. Probably NPR, because what else would cats listen to on their down time? But then I read it as “wafl” and thought, oh, “waffle”.

I would love to see Georgia eating the food cooked by her son like waffles or sausages.

Is he old enough to make waffles? Hot dogs may be more his speed.

What’s the purple thing to the woman’s left in panel 2 that disappears while she’s reading the menu?

GoComics just sent me back to 2021 and I saw there was a comment by DennisInSeattle who I’ve now realised hasn’t posted in a year. Hope he(?)’s ok and just given up the comics.

As a chef I recommend the Hotdawgs with a side of bugs. And Wafl for dessert.A bargain at three hundreds of dollars. Please sremember to tip your servers.

@Lady Bri posted about 3 hours ago that her DH had just gone into surgery. I hope it’s all over by now and he’s had a successful outcome and is on the road to recovery!

Well, surgery day’s finally here.. I’ve had a torn rotator shoulder cuff for 3 months. Non functional right arm from a fall. Its 415 am here. Typing !eft handed is hard for a rightie. 15 minutes until I take a shower with antiseptic and then hubby will take me to hospital. Because of potential heart issues we cannot do this as outpatient. Please. Add me to your prayer lists. I understand my injury is severe and recovery will be difficu!t. Paw Power and the Orb forever!

To Lady Bri: by now the worst is over for your David and he can heal. You can rest. Paw power and prayer are strong.

I love the contrast between yesterday’s GIRL-type restaurant choices (beautiful items all arranged decoratively on the table) and today’s BOY-type restaurant choices on the super cool menu! (bugs, rocks, hot dogs, waffles and poison, oh my! ) I also love that he blurts out that everything costs hundreds of dollars. Such big dreams. Priceless !
