As a former cheerleader, high school and college, we definitely wore mini shorts under our uniform skirts. Modern day it’s more like underwear but made of the same fabric and color of the uniform skirt.

Having watched many, many sporting events, I have sometimes noticed the cheerleaders (male and female) are in better physical shape than the athletes plying in the actual game.

As the grandmother of a college cheerleader, I can attest they have hard tryouts, stringent rules, and practice all the time. My guy is the one who balanced one fellow female cheerleader high in each hand on the sidelines last weekend, and I have the video to prove it. Let’s see those wussy football players try THAT! And no, the girls are not “Steffi’s.”

Nothing surprises me about you Stef.

Steffanie is obviously a talented gymnast who works hard to maintain her physical edge. The problem is she doesn’t have any respect for girls who don’t share her values or lifestyle. She needs to understand she is an exception to the norm, and drop that superior attitude. Not everyone is a cheerleader.

I found in my reseach that the Keanu Reeves movie called The Replacements was instrumental in my understanding of a cheerleaders efforts on a football game, I expect Stef has a similar effect for some people. . In case there are any kiddos on here and you are under 13 (or 18 in some cases) you are not suppose to watch it without an adult present.

You’re supposed to wear shorts under there, you ditz. No wonder she’s a fan favorite.
