Tiffany is such a ding dong sometimes. However she often delivers better comebacks than any of the other characters. This was a good one today!

Nothing more unattractive than a woman who always puts down other women. At least for me, it’s a big turn off. Hopefully, Kip feels the same way.

Tiff’s response in the first panel doesn’t make any sense. What difference would it make if she were on the top or bottom bunk, in terms of privacy, and being all-too-close to what would be going on either above or below her? Maybe it was just meant to be a comeback to say “How about you be on the bottom” as a way to knock her down a notch, but I doubt it. In any other terms, though, in the context of the situation and her “Are you freaking serious?! You think a sheet will make it private!?” reaction, it seems odd and out of alignment with what she said just a panel before that, yesterday.

Hm. It seems Kip doesn’t care for Stef’s insensitivity/lack of empathy/judgemental/condescendence/snarkiness. Are they gonna break up again? Some guys will keep going back to this kind of girl because they are all too happy to put out for them. Eventually, that gets old and the guys drop her. Looks like to me Kip is getting there.

You can BET that if “blows” are thrown tomorrow, somebody in authority is going to get involved. Like that lady Bernice once reported to or that campus cop that busted Tara.

Barring that, going home is no longer an option, since technically Stef just slapped Tiff across the face and challenged her to a duel.

Stef is southern? Bless her heart. As a southern born individual, Tiff better watch her back. An angry southern cheerleader is not to be trifled with. And why is Ms cheerleader not in a sorority house? Did she not make the cut?

I have never before this comic arc heard of people stacking twin beds one on top of the other like they’re bunk beds and expecting them to stay like that without some kind of modifications to reinforce them that I’m sure Tiff and Steff wouldn’t actually be allowed to do what with them being the school’s beds and not theirs

Is there some sort of code here? Women in short skirts are unsympathetic characters (Ann, Stef, SuperLuann and in days gone by Tiff). Luann owned miniskirts but wore them only on dates. The exception would be Pam and possibly in earlier days Dianne.

Never thought I’d be saying this, but where’s Bernice when you need her?

I’d really like to see Tiffany take that snotty little ditz apart, just sort of pretend Steff is an “Ann Eiffel in training”, mop up the floor with her and then dump her in someone else’s room.

I have to congratulate Greg and Karen for coming up with a female character (Stef) who is even more obnoxious, pompous and full of herself than Tiffany when she was in high school.

Kip is definitely one of the more smarter characters in this comic strip.

Steffi appears to be planning on Kip being there all the time. She seems to be trying to set up a full time living arrangement instead of negotiating what nights they could reserve the room. What happened to Bets and Dez? Where did they go?

Bets and Dez appear to be such opposite personalities. I don’t see how they will get along. Dez is sanguine and ethereal while Bets is volatile and tangible.

It’s not a 3-person room. Period. There should not be any reason to argue. One has to leave, and Kip is assigned to another room, where he is likely going now that the make-up sex is over.

Stef should simply sue for sexual harassment. I’m willing to wager she’ll get a private suite in the settlement.

This not only gives me another reason why I’m glad I never went to college, but even if I did, I knew I was not going to opt for moving into a dorm or student housing anyway.

I’d say to Tiffany “Don’t even consider the whole bunk bed thing, neither top or bottom. If Steff wants privacy get a hotel room, go up on the roof, go to the park, whatever but don’t let Steff worm you out of your room. And don’t think of moving back home either, because you will still be giving her what she wants, control of the room. Put you foot down girl!” No one can fight this battle for Tiff, she has to do it herself.

Kip’s reaction reminds me of Gunther’s walking out Bets and Tiffany argued at the non-pirate dinner for two. Maybe there’s hope for him? Naw.I’m not usually critical of appearances, but Stef’s lips keep getting bigger. Looks like an old movie star’s plastic surgery gone wrong. And her nastiness is showing. Guess we got Ann’s replacement in the awful department. So will Tiff actually get physical, will they stop to notice Kip left, will the bunk bed collapse, can we have a semester of this fight! :-\

It seems to me, and I could be wrong here, that Stef has become Tiffany V2.0. Tiff has changed a lot in the last few years.
