He figured if they can fill them at the factory, he should be able to do it at home.

I’m not sure if you can even refill a disposable lighter.

Probably a good idea to turn it off first. Unless he was doing it in the dark and needed the light to see what he was doing.

At least he has a nice green shirt.

Awhile back there was a report about how dangerous these fire pots were…people were getting severely burned. Why, you ask?? Because they were adding more fuel to the pot while it was still lit! Duuuuuh!!! (and that’s why there’s rules and laws out there to protect us from our own stupidity)

Same guy’s car engine would not start and had a broken fuel gauge. He lit a match to see if his tank was empty.
