Luann has had some good snarky this week. And actually the writing was not been bad but the pace was like molasses. We’ve wrapped up week five for this arc and we still haven’t gotten down to the pool. Seriously, Kip is going to be wrinkled up like a prune by the time (or if) we ever see him.

Is it just me or is Tiffany’s bathing suit’s leg opening kind of high cut for a chubby girl’s cover-up suit?

So how many pineapples to the inch and how many inches till the end of the pineapples.

Considering how much those two have locked sabers, they’re suprisingly civil.

Tiffany has been mostly more interesting than Luann. But right now, Luann is pulling the exchanges into mediocrity. It is time for Luann to start to get her own life – she could be so much more fun than we have seen.

Even with Greg’s notoriously slow pace, I’d still like to see Tiff and Luann continue their seductive tag team match. Just get rid of Bernice, first. This is much better than having to put up Shannon’s advanced potty training, or Bets and Gunther rocking and rolling across country in their honeymoon clunker.

Seems clear Greg has no interest in actually drawing kip in a speedo.

Bernice really knows how to dress for a pool party.

We manly men cannot help the fact that we are such eye candy. Kip just can’t help himself either.

Credit where it’s due. Tiff knows she has a weakness, doesn’t like it (but also does), and is subtly asking for help. Luann’s the right person for the job, especially with Bernice as her sidekick.

It has been a while since we saw Tiffany as happy and smiling as in the second panel. It’s a good thing that enthusiasm has made her realize that it’s time to admit she’s losing it. Luann enjoys hearing her exuse, but she doesn’t seem to judge her. Now that Bernice is distracted with the binoculars, it would be the perfect time for a frank discussion between the two about what is really troubling Tiffany. Can’t wait.

Luann has been getting in some clever snarks the past two weeks instead of usually being on the receiving end.

Funny how excited people got about Kip staying over, thinking him and Tiffany might get caught doing something naughty. All these weeks later and the two of them haven’t even spoken (and it looks like the girls are never even gonna make it outside.)

Perhaps Luann is finding her true calling?

Who’s the Peeping Tiff now?

The thing that bothers me about this whole thing is, so far, Kip is innocent. He has not been staring (because Tiffany is never out there), and since when is staring illegal anyway? All pretty girls are used to getting stares. All Kip did was take advantage of an opportunity to spend the summer in a mansion with a pool. For her to accuse him of making her feel unsafe is really bad style by Tiffany and he doesn’t deserve it. Kip has done absolutely nothing, so far, to deserve being treated this way. He hasn’t harassed her, tried to kiss her, touched her inappropriately or made any kind of threatening advance on her. Tiffany is totally delusional and should get a grip….and one of Bernice’s books.

I wonder if Kip knows about the pool party? Did Tiffany even bother to tell Kip or does he just hang out by the pool all day, every day?

is this evidence that Tiff knows every swimsuit Kip has worn having analyzed them day after day as Bern is experimenting with now?? or that yes she hangs around men wear stores looking at competition swim suits?? Either way she’s unhinged. But clearly she’s taking her promise to Steffie too far. I’m hoping Luann and Bern can say “look, it’s your pool; you aren’t required to stay away from it; now let’s go and swim.”

It is sad that Tiffany is so obsessed by Kip that she really isn’t enjoying her own pool…. or her own life at the moment. Luann being the “voice of reason” is an interesting turn in their friendship, however.

I am still hoping that Kip, if he has a roving eye, takes an interest in Bernice. Even though I think that would be fun to see…. however, I fear it would make things even more difficult for Bernice. I like her best with Nil. Yet, Piro is also nice. Kip…. not so sure about.

Sick old horn dogs, hahahahha! Leave them young people alone. This is brilliant though. Luann is dissembling Tiff like a pro, with the comedic device of Bern finding and announcing all she can see with this powerful set of binoculars. I have to comment, that Bern has a wrap thingie over her swim swim and it might be her that Kip extends those pineapples for. Watch for misdirection.

Tiff’s a raging h**n dog. But what does she actually hafta offer Kip? He already has an airhead in Stef, and who gives him the goods basically around the clock. Does Kip really want another version of his girlfriend?

Only Tiffany is wearing a swimsuit. The artists seem to be ashamed of Luann and Bernice’s bodies!

Maybe GandK are indicating Kip’s interest in having more than one girlfriend with his choice of the pineapple swimwear. I had no idea about this until I read about it here. Ya learn something new every day!

I wonder what Kip can hear from down at the pool? I mean, girls talking (loudly), the blinds moving, it’s got to be weird, knowing that you’re being watched, but they aren’t coming downstairs. Weird.
