YIKES! The attraction of ants isn’t the attraction anyone is looking for.

Ants are a nuisance and lots of times they’ll swarm and bite you. It’s good to carry a little bug spray with you if you’re eating food in the outdoors.

Bernice is right. Neither boys or girls want someone who acts desperate. That said, showing a little interest isn’t a bad thing, either.

At least the ants think Luann is sweet.

May I suggest some repellant?

I would also suggest tossing that can of what appears to be soda away… that’s how you get ants.

Hope they aren’t fire ants.

I love how Luann is casually watching the ants on her leg. Unless something happens tomorrow it looks like Luann and Bernice won’t be able to imitate Lily, who happily walk through a meadow to meet her love. A total failure for romance novels, but it’s better to spend a day like this than to stay home complaining. I hope Bernice and Luann can do more things like this this summer. I’d be happier if Luann tried to do things with Tara, Tiffany and Dez too.

I always read outside and don’t really attract anyone, except for bugs.

Some people are just lucky in love and life. Some people are not. One of the hardest things in life is learning how to be alone and accepting what fate gives you. After 77 years of living (with family and alone), I feel sad for Luann and Bernice, who currently are not having any luck at all.

I always thought Bernice as being quite conservative, but it appears I may be mistaken. The book Luann is handing her has the title on the front of the book embossed in big bold letters for all to see! I’m betting if she was sitting on a bench in an urban park where there were guys walking by occasionally while she is reading that book, she would get more attention than sitting in the park where she is at now. She’d better have an answer ready when she hears someone ask “Good book?”

Desperate girls can be very attractive. And according to our Be❤️ed Ann❤️Eiffel, Desperate Shoog Daddies are the most attractive of all. ; 9. No wonder we ALL ❤️ Gorgeous Ann❤️Eiffel and our Most Be❤️ed Count! Dilly! Dilly!

Wrong, Bernice! Guys like girls who are friendly and outgoing. I’ve been a guy for a long time, so I know.

They used to push “cool” as the desirable trait, but cool is actually aloof. I found people who freely speak and get involved are much more friendly and attractive. “Cool” says, “Leave me alone”.

I hope they got rid of all the chicken scraps. That would quickly attract ants. And I would need to wash my hands with soap after eating fried chicken.

Sometimes you have to meet life head on instead of waiting for it to knock on your door. That’s what I tell my adult daughter who is struggling to socialize.

these two need to get up and move around instead of sitting there like potted plants; it would be good if they packed some shorts and tees (or at least sneakers). They thought guys would would just come right up; instead they get ants.

I’d be packing it in and heading home. Not a fan of ants.

One wish ……. is it time for Tiffany to luxuriate in a hot, steamy shower? Those bugs on Luann give me the creeps.

Although there is truth for both sexes in that, “You cannot pursue someone who’s already there,” I think the reverse of Bernice’s statement is more true. Guys will go after a girl they know is available, and generally not waste time chasing ones they know are already attached. Girls will avoid a guy if he seems too available, but will fawn over a guy if they know lots of girls are after him.

And this time the ants won’t be joined by Michael Douglas and Paul Rudd.

I think Louann would have a better chance if she brought Shannon with her…
