How it ends: kip is completely faithful and steph comes back from her trip pregnant and is mad kip won’t marry her and raise the baby.

Maybe Stef and Kip sincerely love each other. Maybe she’s better than we see and he’s absolutely not tempted by the idea of cheating on her. Maybe Tiffany just see him as a friend that want help her during a difficult time. Maybe this will not become a disaster that will kill the couple making Tiffany looks like the bad girl again!? But they are just dumb teenagers and sooooo…..

Why won’t Kip just dump Stef if he’s so determined to be with Tiffany? Just courtesy of breaking up with her before hooking up with Tiffany? I’m not buying that Kip is buying his own bull about the poolhouse bodyguard thing. During the T’s Teas story they couldn’t stop flirting while Stef was away.

I will say though, it is funny that Kip managed to finally gaslight his slow-witted girlfriend into thinking it’s perfectly normal and that she can trust him (cause only a bad controlling girlfriend would object to this set up, right?), but then Tiffany blows it cause she can barely disguise that she wants Stef to leave so she and Kip can do exactly what Stef’s afraid will happen.

Hummmm, I think Tiff knows exactly what she is saying.

Lots of people here hate Steph. She is sure drawn that way, a promiscuous, annoying, bit…y female, although I point out that not one disparages hunky QB KIP. Typical sexist double standard. I’m starting to realize she is a scared, sad, desperately needing love and affirmation young female. This is done for hilarity, although there are all kinds of life lessons being drawn in, per interpretation, but if Tiffany and Kip are drawn to be compromised, breaking to some extent Kip’s and Tiff’s promise, who will be devastated? I don’t believe she deserves that.

I know everyone hates Stef, and she deserves a lot of the criticism, but it would be really bad style to have Tiffany and Kip cheat on her over the summer. Tiffany has been blatantly flirting with him ever since the they met and she isn’t fooling anyone (especially not Stef). If he does decide to move on to Tiffany, at least have him do the right thing and end it with Steffanie first.

What was Stef going to say after “It’s just . . .” ? Would Stef cheat on Kip in a similar situation and that is why she doesn’t trust him?

In real life, how long do men put up with a possessive, insecure GF like this? It must get very tiring, even with all the fun sex. Kip could surely do better than Stef.

Does the pool house have a kitchen? Where is he going to keep his food?

I must congratulate the artwork on Stef’s face on the last panel and how you can tell that she turned her head.

So are we to assume that the term bodyguard implies romantic or sexual entanglement, Stef?

Evidently, Kip still has feelings for Stef and Tiff is trying to work her way between Kip and Steff. But, what was Kip going to say with, “Oh, fer—”. I would’ve thought he’d say, “Oh, for crying out loud.”

Not sure when they became “friends”, but it seems he still favors Steffi. She may say she trusts him, but definitely not Tiffany. Gosh, Tiffany, open mouth, insert foot! Of course, it wouldn’t matter as Steff’s mind was made up anyway.

It was an honest mistake — more or less.

It was sheer accident that my beloved Tiffany stirred the pot a little.

This could go a number of ways:1)Stephanie leaves: a) Steph goes off in a snit saying she trusts him (not likely) or saying she is dumping him (but she doesn’t really mean it in the end). This opens an interesting summer of Kip & Tiff strips with a Steph return in the fall.2)Stephanie stays: a) Steph moves into the pool house with Kip. Not likely, since it leaves no room for summer strips. b) Kip does not move in and Tiff tries to find someone else. Dorm mates are out. This leaves only the denizens of the Gulag the Fuse or the DeGroot household duo. Jack and Nil are no goes. c.1) Dad returns and they go off together to Fiji (HA!) c’2) Tiff spends the summer alone and miserable! Surprising, as the Fates have decided, this has been the lot in life assigned to our poor little rich girl!

It’s about time Steph shows us what is so lovable about her, according to Kip, no sexual innuendos please.

I’m all for Kip getting whatever he wants. He’s attractive and very pleasant and on the evidence (from the ancient beginning of this convoluted story arc) able to give satisfaction.

No one is talking about the reception Tiffany will get at work from her two biggest admirers.

Maybe Tiff can show off her swimwear collection to Stef, that she will be wearing while she gone?

I have no idea what Kip sees in Stef that is worth any of the hassle she puts him through. The surface is kinda cute, but what’s underneath is very complicated and has some very nasty undertones.

I think Kip is portrayed as a normal young man. Sure he is running on his hormones but that is natural. I hope he gets fed up with his clingy, whiny girlfriend and dumps her for his own sake. She would make his life a misery if they end up as a serious couple. Although Tiff has her faults, she is basically a nice person who has had to fend for herself with no mom and an absent Dad. It would be great if she could hook up with a decent guy who would treat her well and have her best interests at heart. I think Kip may have the makings of that person.

so Kip explicitly says to Steffi that he and Tiff are just friends and that she can trust him. I guess I will take it at face value until we are shown otherwise. However, the over emphasis on “we’re all good” suggests that something may come along to disrupt that.

If I were Tiffany, knowing where it’s been, I wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole. Or Czech.

Kip seems way more mature than Stef, to the point where you know the decision to stay with her is being made by lets just say a different body part than his brain.

That’s a great expression on Tiffany’s face in the last panel.

Even a perfectly innocent remark can be triggering when paranoid Steffi is around! You’ve not done a wrong this time, Tiffany!
