I do like Baba‘s house . . . and now, she’s got a nice, new decoration to admire!

Baba and Mag showing their mutual respect and affection for each other the only way they know how. Being a bit cranky, but we all know it’s a put-on. And I’d love to hear the stories behind Baba’s postcards? hanging on her wall.

A medal to admire, but also as a reminder: Don’t mess with Buzzsaw Baba!

I love it. ❤ Baba’s wall reminds me of my Grandma Rael’s wall of yore. :) I adore Burt’s bashful modesty and humility. A great debt of gratitude goes to Burt for the happy outcome of the mole upheaval.

I love the old school floppy disk Burt received, looks like a circa early ’90s 3.5 inch type.

I actually can’t think of anything he did to contribute to the war. Except to whisk Puck and OZ and Iggy out of harm’s way when the moles were in the basement. Did he ever even meet Queen Mags?

I love the different expressions on Baba in panels 3 and 4.

Ah, yes! The last of the six stages of a company project: reward of the non participants.

I spy an old floppy disk (the non-floppy kind), a saw blade, and a bowling trophy.

I like how the heart-shaped pendulum on her clock is centered over her head – can kinda’ read into it that she loves her award – and her wall and bookshelf of mementos.

Crud, blurry screen again. Baba and Mags really respect and, dare I say, love each other. Just two crusty old gals.

Ha ha! Almost like Dolly Parton not wanting to accept her induction into the, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!

Can someone remind me of the story behind that bowling trophy?

The “yeesh” made me chuckle.

Our cat Mittens and Baba Mouse would get along. They are two cats, cut from the same bolt of cloth.

Heroes never do it for the medals. In fact, they do not know why they are called heroes. They just did what needed doing.

As usual I thought it was Goldie

Me too! I really have a hard time telling them apart without a second look. I know. I know. Eye color and wardrobe, but a small drawing….

now THAT is a medal!!

I love that she keeps all the postcards from her kids and friends.

I’d hang it a tad higher, in case inquisitive young’uns drop in for a visit . . .

A floppy disk as an award for Burt is honestly very fitting! Though I do sort of wonder where the raccoons got it, because they’re not exactly common anymore and not something you’d expect to find in the trash too often these days (heck, I’d sooner expect people to hang onto them as collector items nowadays because of it).

Those awards suit Burt and Baba Mouse perfectly.

The detail Georgia sometimes puts in is scary (fun). How many countries can you identify from those tiny postcards? Unless they’re old expired ATM cards.

Ah yes, the trophy room of memories.

Nice ending to the arc! HUZZAH!

Definitely not a medal you can wear. Still, it looks nice on the wall.

That medal really complements her tough demeanor.

OT: I went shopping this morning.

This is leaving me all warm and fuzzy. Especially pleased with Baba’s knowing she is appreciated.

Georgia, a dumb technical question, if i may. Are you able to re-use Baba’s house “set” or did you have to re-draw again from scratch? it looks the same from May 22, 2016 except the far right is cut off so we’re missing a few postcards and trophies. love it, no matter how you did it!

Wicket: And did I mention Obadiah Opossum’s cousin from Down Under is serving a proper Australian buffet then?
