Tiff seems unusually happy to meet up with the source of her recent discomfort. Now they can make it stressful in the whole of the McManse! Run away Tiff! Just run away!

That’s teamwork! (Although I bet Bets is the only one worth much in a fight).

Aww, maybe this will turn out well after all. BTW, sweet how everyone loves that kitty Punk!! Love how Dez had him in her arms in the first frame.

If Stef says “shoog” one more time, I’m-a-gonna take that pepper spray and use it on her.

Under Penal Code 22010 PC, it is illegal in California to make, import, sell, give away or even to possess nunchakus.

But, >sigh<, we will probably just have a normal mildly interesting go nowhere arc.

Maybe we’ll get back to the actual cause of all this. How did the window and bars get in that condition… and WHY?

It is better to have friends than enemies. This way, if you are attacked, the attacker might go after the friend instead of you….oh, and the attacker might be dissuaded from attacking in the first place.

It’s been over a month since the broken window was discovered and Tiffany is only NOW getting around to having it fixed? Well, if the intruder is still around and hasn’t died of starvation yet, he’ll at least get some amusement from watching Bets hit herself in the face with her mall nunchucks and Stef curling up in a ball on the floor while wildly spraying Dez and Tiffany in a panic.

Oh no—they’re not going to all move into the manse, are they?!

Dez called in for help with Bets & Stef I don’t were this arc his heading but for now I’m along for the ride.

Tiff would do anything to not be alone…

I think we have reached the end of this arc for now. We have to wait two more days to see who will be featured next. I hope it won’t be one with Luann in her room or in Bernice’s room.

I think Tiffany would have felt better if Dez had called Shaft! Bets will be too busy vblogging to use her nunchuks and Stef will confuse the pepper spray for hairnet and spray herself. Dez, of course will be meditating on the pointlessness of violence.

Maybe we can switch to something less painful, like Bernice reading her bodice-ripper – - with illustrations!

Why would Dez invite Stef there?? I can understand inviting Bets… but Stef?

Well, I guess this will be the end of the arc. I don’t think they need to worry about a burglar in the house. They need to worry about birds, rodents, flies, bees, and all manner of insects that have now made their way in, through the window, during the month Tiff has been away.

So what will come on Monday? I hope a good Toni & Brad arc!

Take a deep breath, Tiff. We got ourselves a low budget Charlie’s Angels on the case. And, Steff is looking pretty hot so I hope Greg keeps that drawing pen nice and steady.

This arc just officially”jumped the shark.”

But on the other hand I knew Bets was into some sort of marital arts.

Well, since the window repair person is now here after about a MONTH, I guess We’ll finally find out WHAT broke that window, be it rock, baseball, drone, stray bullet or animal.

Looks like it’ll be a toss up as to whether Tiff will be staying at the manse or at the dorm from now on.

At any rate her free lodging at the Gulag is about to come to an end.

Bets staying at the manse once again would be fine with yours truly.

Just Please don’t have Stef move into the manse also.

So Dez has ushered Tiffany into the forgiveness mode.

The dynamics of storytelling always precluded that Tiffany would return to the dorm. There is no story to her living by herself in the mansion. The Quad was an idea to get all the female characters, except Luann and Bernice, into the same place at the same time so conflict would ensue. However we’re already seen that the only conflict G&K could imagine was an oversexed roommate so I don’t see anything coming from Tiffany going back to the dorm. What this strip needs is some entirely new characters who are nothing like the current characters and are involved in something other than school. “Luann” is in a rut.

So it’s been a month and just NOW the window’s getting repaired? Where the actual fark is Tom??

Wait… it’s a mansion and it’s taken a month to get a window repair person out that way? What world do they live in?

All those references to reality here on window repair; when is it clear this is a fantasy world! Knew it though in the friendship angle in the end. Tiff needs people her age to grow into her best possible self. Numchuks Bet? Knew you’re a guard gf. (lol).

Does Bets have a cameraperson to film her using nunchucks.

The window has been open for a month?

Man, a pleasant surprise and an even more surprising show of support for Tiffany from the other quad queens. Unpredictable. Off-strip, Dez must have appealed to the others about Tiff’s “plight” and convinced them to help. Well, as many of the commenters, predicted, Tiff is headed back to the dorms.

Oh Gee! The “It’s All About MMEEEEEEE” twins have finally made an appearance. That faux media star and that smarmy little cheerleading snippet are NOT going to do Tiff any good at all.

The mansion has been sitting with a broken window for an entire month?? I’m guessing Tom still doesn’t know about any of this.

And pretty low of Dez to invite the toxic people who were the reason Tiffany left the dorm in the first place. Monday’s strip better start with lavish apologies from Stef and Bets.

So typical of Dez, she wants Tiffany and Stef to become friends. I don’t think this is the right thing to do because Stef is an unlikeable nuisance. But since Tiffany and Stef have to stay together in that room for months, maybe that’s the necessary thing to do. Happy to see Bets again, the nunchucks are probably accessories for cosplay, but are still dangerous.

So here this has been dragging along now for what a month and the window guy finally shows up? Must be a supply line issue.

What could possibly go wrong

Some observations:

1) Is Tiffany’s Dad aware of what’s taking place?

2) Did anyone celebrate Thanksgiving? That seems to have been skipped over.

3) Has Tiffany been attending any classes at her school?

4) Does Gunther’s mother know that Tiffany has been staying over?

5) Does Bets know that Tiffany has been staying over?

6) Wouldn’t arrangements to have that broken window fixed already have been made?

7) Would a broken window make the “Manse” uninhabitable until it was fixed?

I know its just a comic strip, and I should find better things to occupy my time.

Okay, are we 100% sure there was a burglar?

Boy, Tiff sure looks a bit nervous to do this.

Nunchucks are illegal in California.

Why did Dez give Stephanie a pass? She didn’t even suggest an apology to Tiffany for all the abuse. I just don’t see what is accomplished if no one admits their fault and apologizes. It all got brushed under the rug, just like the stupid ring. If months from now we see a re-run of abusive Stephanie, (like this supposed personality transition never happened), I will be seriously disappointed.

The largest problem with that quite respectably large mansion and this storyline is that there is no way that it would not have at least a small staff for minimal cleaning and dusting, etc., and with the presumably quite valuable furnishings, a couple of night security people.Tiffany would not have been alone. Lord, trying to picture Tiffany just cleaning the staircase is mind-detonating.

A month for the window people to come around to fix that window at the manse? What was that window some type of antique style window. As for their choice of weapons, Betts, and, Steff. chose ones appropriate to their induvial style. Betts’ nunchucks are probably from one of her cos-play outfits. And, while Steff could probably go all Buffy on someone using her dance/cheerleader moves, a can of pepper spray is more practical.

It’s good to have friends.

I still think she should get her dad’s permission to share the mansion with these three girls. They would save on rent.

Next semester Tiff might rent an apartment. She can have privacy without the emptiness of the manse. It probably wouldn’t cost any more than a bed and desk in a dorm,

Wow, so Dez invited Stef without being sure that Tiffany wanted to see her? This lady is turning into Mary Worth before our eyes, there’s so much meddling here.

If I see “shoog” one more time I swear there will be consequences.

Next one badmouths one of these kids gonna get a earload of the old Perrypie, They came through.

I think Mordy has a good idea here, let the girls live in the mansion, including Steph. I know that Steph is hmmm a (can’t use that b term that way here) but this is Luannverse. In spite of the basically sarcastic tint of the stories here, the whole story goal is goodness, wacky goodness. I sure want to see Bets use those nonchuks though. Maybe protecting Gun(ther) at some point guys?

Wait, she’s been with the guys for ‘a month’ but the window is just getting repaired NOW?

Here’s your denouement, folks. Blink and you’ll miss it.

Right, because the thief is still there and has been living in the house the whole time…. If it even was a thief that broke the window?

Looks like the break in will wind up being a MacGuffin!

At least Stef is wearing something other than her cheer outfit…

A whole month before the window repairman came to fix the window. Sheesh. And Stef looks ready to fight, Not wearing her usual airhead smiley face. I think it’s Stef’s first time at the Farrell Mansion? Is she thinking, ‘My gosh. She is RICH! My roommate is rich and she lived with us the whole time in a tiny room in the dorm? Is she nuts or what?’

They’re just meeting with a repairman. It’s weird that they’ve gotten ready to fight off violent squatters and brought weapons. Unless they want to attack the repairman, it doesn’t make too much sense.

It is funny that Dez managed to coerce Stef into going there. Things being patched up that fast is surprising.

Just fixing now, it must not rain there.

Steph is useless to Tiff in this situation. Betting myself a jelly donut and a cup of joe that Steph is there to scout the digs and will encounter something that will give her an “ohmygaw!” moment of jealousy.

They should all move into the mansion. They would have more room, Tiff would be safer, she could charge dorm price rent and the mansion wouldn’t be sitting empty.

“Cool, so you invited two people over, one of whom I explicitly told you I don’t like being around.”

I think Steffie may be undergoing some reform i.e. from her extremely unlikeable (former… I hope) self; Dez might be counseling her as well. Remember how Les was mean and nasty (we didn’t like him then) but he has been transformed (thanks in part to Punk) and now we like him. The clothes (we can actually stand to look at her) and fact that she’s ‘joining in’ suggests a similar transformation may be on the way.

It’s nice of her friends to support Tiff, but I don’t think we whoever broke in is still there

Nunchucks (nunchaku) are a martial arts weapon and the pepper spray can be used for a similar purpose as well as for self-defense. My take on this is that Bets and Stef are there to deal with any intruder(s) who may still be in the house, obviously something that concerns Tiff or she wouldn’t have been so eager for Dez to accompany her.

Dez holding Punk is cute. Seems Tiff has support. This may be the end for a while and the beginning of a new old arc Monday.

This comic should be called Tiffany instead of Luann.

That’s all sweet and good but I don’t believe for a minute that Steph would be there, there’s nothing in it for her.

She thinks the repair technician will assault her?

Since the broken window is on the second floor and all the glass is inside on the hall carpet, I suspect there is NO burgler. Had Tiffany not panicked, she could most likely have found a kid’s ball or simply a rock someone decided to use for mischief. And someone remind me: I don’t recall the police saying they found evidence of a ladder at that window, indicating a break in.

It’s just a comic folks. ;-)

In real life Tiff would get another room, roommate, etc. Who would ever allow myself to be abused by these clowns? Dez is ok, Bets too perhaps, but not standing up for her when Stef lied, and did other heinous things?

No. Too late now. Stef is a bad apple and abusive. Go take care of yourself, Tiff.

Dez has her heart in the right place. Forgiving Stef and Bets is fine. But Tiffany still doesn’t have to and shouldn’t return to the dorm.

I know it’s a silly thing to nitpick considering some of the storylines, but I find it weird that Tiffany keeps calling her own home, “the mansion.” I would expect her to just call it “my house” or “the house.”

Steff shows up when it might get rough. Something to keep in mind…

I guess real friends show up when you really need them, even if y’all fight sometimes.

For the love of cake, we were on this story arc for two froggin’ months, and then when we finally moved onto something else, we barely got a month out of that before we got back to this again!

Honestly, I love the support and girl power. We should all be lifting each other up.

Nice play, Dez. Remind her that these people actually do care about her. ;-)

It’s the “A-Team”, minus one!

Are nunchakus legal in the setting of this comic? I don’t think they should be banned anywhere, but they are in many states.

Personally, I;m surprised that Ox hasn’t fixed the window already!
