Good! Even Tiff realizes she was becoming creepy. Acceptance is the first step! lol

It’s actually kind of sad watching Tiff behave like this. What happened to the confident, aggressive girl who went after what she wanted?

If her weight is killing her self esteem, she needs to get back to whatever weight will make her happy.

So today’s strip is as repeat of yesterday’s strip and that was a repeat of Monday’s. It looks like Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be more of the same. Just cut the chase and send her down to the pool before we all die of old age.

Ogling without a doubt, she knows it. Stay away from Kip, I would not trust him. There is always an Ox or another out there.

Yeah for Tif, doing the right thing.

I gotta say… Kippy’d better be wearing the skimpiest bathing suit to warrant Tiffany doing this much guilt-riddled navel-gazing for two days straight.

This is what happens when you can’t lie to yourself like so many others do.

Tiff girl you have to make a move one way or the other.

I doubt we’re headed for another three days of Tiffany alone in her bedroom wrestling with her conscience, which leads to the question of what will happen to break the pattern.

I’ll go out on a limb and predict that tomorrow we’ll see Tiffany being surprised to hear something other than “SPLASH”, but that we may have to wait until Friday to see why. I welcome other readers’ predictions: If you agree with my guess, what do you think the sound will be? If not, what do you think will happen instead?

Tiffany gained weight from the stress of having Ann in her father’s life. Now that Ann is out of the picture, what is keeping Tiffany from losing weight? Is she addicted to jelly rolls?

Yikes ! Total unknown path?

Tiffany should now remember the pleasure she took in watching all the boys ogling her, and thinking that she was some kind of love goddess .

Tiff, ogle as creepily as you like, and enjoy it.

There is just not a lot of latitude to comment on in the current plight of Tiffany. Can we just move on? 8^ (

God, you old farts get so bores so easily, you’re missing the story.

Tiffany looks so sad and disgusted by herself. All this because she wants to keep a promise made to Stef, a girl who she openly hates and who hates her. Poor repressed Tiffany! It’s nice to see her having a moral and wanting to keep a promise, but her ending up locked in her own room, avoiding going to her own pool because she can’t be around Kip is insane. Also, I’m sure it’s very hot in her room.

What is Kip doing…really to protect Tiff? I think he really likes her for more than a friend. He could have roomed with anyone on or off campus, but he chose Tiff and the manse. Will be interesting to see. (⁠◔⁠‿⁠◔⁠)

Poor Tiffany. It’s not that Kip is only good looking, it’s she’d actually attracted to him as a person. That’s where this strip is headed. Will Kip see her binocs by the window or has already seen her acting like the Onceler in her tower of shame?

Splash… he’s going to start drowning and she’s going to save his life. There might even be mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. And then Stef is going to ask why she even saw him drowning. Just putting this here so I can say I was right when it happens.

This new Tiff has unfortunately turned into Bernice.

Tiffany, just go out and start a conversation with your new tenant.

Ask him how he’s doing. Or if everything is alright with his room.

If you really want a conversation starter, just tell Kip that unfortunately, you’re going to have to triple his rent. THAT should get tongues wagging.

By the way. As a tenant, what rights does Kip have? Can he invite anyone to share his room with him, Like Steph, or some other young woman? Or throw parties for invited guests in his room?

Good for you Tiff, in one day’s strip you’ve shown more growth and maturity than the title character has day one.

This is great. She is growing and becoming a better person. It will be interesting to see where this leads.

Ogling Kip the way you are, IS creepy, Tif. How would you feel if a man ogled you that way? Go change into something that is ogle worthy for Kip, and, go out and ogle him more overtly, like a normal adult.

Why doesn’t Tiff just go out and sit by the pool, or swim in the pool? I’m presently obese, but still love a good swim in my pool.

Take one last look Tiffany. What could it be? There are lots of possibilities – Kip has a girl there (who will turn out to be his sister), Stephanie is back but hiding out from Tiffany, Kip is on the bottom of the pool and needs rescuing, OR…he has a handsome friend from the team visiting. I vote for the last one!

Basically the same strip 3 days in a row. Plus the same one as last time we saw Tiffany in her room. Not much happening this week.

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that nothing’s ever gonna actually happen in this particular storyarc. And I don’t just mean sexually; nothing whatsoever. Just a whole lot of Tiffany talking to herself until we move on to Bernice or someone else.

But who knows; maybe I’ll be proven wrong.

Tiff has realized that peeping is improper. I speculate she isn’t joining him in the pool / hanging out by the pool for similar reasons – she knows she would try to steal Stef’s boyfriend. There’s an easy solution, though. Throw a pool party and invite the gang!

BTW, the first emailing re Bets&Gunther’s travels ( ‘cept it’s about Karen and her brother) has posted, as background info to the arc. PS: Karen confirms the pair will be headed to ComicCon. :-/

In any given Moral situation, the thing that you want to do the least, is probably the right thing to do.

Not only is she honest with herself, she’s giving up ogling for Lent.

Tiff is conflicted, but seems to be progressing in the Right Direction. It’s tough, Tiffany, yes, but worth it as your life unfolds.
