When it comes to who is more perverted it a toss-up between Stef who is doing it knowing people can hear and Kip who can’t say “no” to his bigoted, needy GF. Tiffany’s bragging is entirely normal in comparison.

WOW! Kip sure didn’t put up much of a fight. I’m not seeing Tiff do any denying. I’m just seeing bragging.

When is Kip going to get a backbone? He comes off really bad in my opinion.

Kip and his paramour are both low class and trashy.

This storyline continues to make me question my sanity. I mean I clearly get what’s going on, it’s a love triangle, Kiff and Stef likely won’t last much longer, etc. It’s more for reading this every day. I’m fine with characters doing questionable things if it leads to good storytelling but the stuff with Tiffany this year has just been painfully boring, mildly sexist , and at times creepy. I really don’t care who wins in this love triangl ebecause Tiff is directly trying to break up a relationship, Stef is horribly toxic and Kip has the personality of a block of wood. None of this is working.

Well, for me, today’s strip really highlights the difference between what it is now and what it used to be.

Kip is playboy he fits the definition.

Stef and Kip don’t care who hears as long as they can get it on. Tiff and Dez are doing a good job ignoring it. I don’t think Tiff is bragging as much as she is telling it like it is.

Too bad Bets isn’t there. She could record the soundtrack and get a million hits, then sell it to a porn studio as a ttack to one of their films.

Been quite a while since I was in college. Don’t a lot of them have policies now where they can kick you out for bullying? And wouldn’t yesterday’s bodyshamefest (with collateral damage upon Dez as well, though I gather she’s somewhat immune) count as bullying?

I wish someone would tell the writers to dial it down. What’s with putting so much emphasis on having bystanders getting exposed to intimate moments/body parts so often? These things don’t come off as normal (this or the most recent thing with Nil’s painting).

Tiffany’s incredibly low self-esteem/standards are just sad at this point. Her thinking that Kip being bare-minimum nice to her means she’s got a chance with him… while he’s literally in the next room doing Stefani? Please, Tiffany, grow some self-respect and aim higher than Stef’s spineless sloppy seconds!

Also, shame on me for having a shred of hope Kip would break up with Stef BEFORE the sex. I really don’t think he’s worth the time the strip’s devoted to him.

How many “wows!” for Kip?

What would make this interesting would be to hear Kip say, “Sorry. That’s never happened before…”

Kip is clearly a weak guy. Tiff, forget him. He let Stef grab him and use him for sex for sound effects – she knows how to make him say them. Kip went willingly and was enjoying it. It was no hardship for him and he is not thinking how this might hurt you. Forget him. There are better guys out there.

Well whatever Is going on in there, I for one, would like this arc to be over. Or is it just going to descend into “teen love” from now on?

Just soon as Kip is “done” with Stef here, he’s going to give her yet another stern talking to about insulting her quadmates.

Just two things though:

1) Why did Dez deserve Stef’s ire, especially after she once selfishly loaned her money?

2) Tiff, you’ve just seen Kip in action. WHY do you still want him??

Tiff is floating down that river in Egypt! Yes, Kip has shown some interest in her, but the moment Steph pulls him into the room all that is forgotten. By Kip anyway. Dez continues to be the voice of reason in this strip. Didn’t even react to Steph’s insults.

Dump Kip and Stef already! Kip is clearly not a guy worth pursuing and Stef is nasty and manipulative.

I love to see Tiffany brag to Dez while completely ignoring the sounds coming from Stef’s room. But this is not a healthy situation for her. She knows very well that Stef wants to demonstrate her superiority and will do anything to humiliate her. But she seems to have accepted the challenge. Dez seems to have fun, she will definitely stand by Tiffany’s side. I don’t think Kip will be able to get out of Stef’s grip on him. When it comes to leaving his girlfriend, he seems to be all talk and nothing more. I hope this fight between roommates doesn’t turn violent, but Stef has already shown that not only she wants to insult Tiffany, but also all her friends. Soon she’ll start insulting Gunther and Bets too.

Isn’t the security system installed in the Manse, yet? Tiff should move back there! Maybe invite Ox and Bernice to join her. ;-)

Kip has not done anything wrong. He is dating Stef, has not cheated on her and he treats her much better than she treats him. It is perfectly normal to have a sexual relationship with your long term GF, even if he does not want to marry her. His behavior is better than most 20 year old males.

Kip wants someone more refined. By that, he probably means someone who does not need to let all the neighbors know she is having sex. That is a pretty vulgar of Stef.

But the “Wow” you got from Kip, Tiff, isn’t “exactly” the same as the “Wow” Steff is giving Kip.

As I said before, Kip and Steff deserve each other. I had hopes for him, but it seems he’s just a player. Tiffany deserves better. She seems gullible and been mostly helpful to friends. Wish she’d wake up to realize Kip really doesn’t care about her and just used her. I agree with whoever said put a boombox by that door. Please have someone else join this quad……

I guess the strip has officially moved on from Greg’s previous stance of not confirming sexual activity and letting readers fill in the gaps themselves, because now we all get to hear Stef getting her gap filled.

And this strip is still called Luann for what reason?

I believe it’s the other way around and she is quite full of herself.

What should happen:

When Stef and Kip come out of the room, Tiff should look at her watch, and say:

I might be wrong, but my guess is that Stef and Kip aren’t doing anything. Stef is trying to make Tiff jealous by playing it up like they’re…busy…and the “wow!” (from I’m guessing Kip?) is more of a “wow! What the hell are you doing?” kind of thing

Kip is enjoying the “crazy fun” part of their relationship. I had that sort of relationship with a girl when I was 21 but it was like the late, great Jimmy Buffet sang "They’ve really got nothing to share, Like drivin’ around with no spare.

I must say that I’m hoping that Tiff’s trust in Kip’s interest in her [Tiff], is reciprocated, and that her interpretation of the sounds are correct. The first are Steph’s attempt to reinstate the relationship she had when she left. The “wow” is from Kip when he realizes that he no longer has feelings for Steph and that Tiff is a pearl of great price! 8^ )

One wonders if Tiff realizes that if she pursues and has a relationship with Kip that he’s going to expect the same kind of relationship he currently has with Steph.

Today’s strip feels sleazy. I can’t really see why Tiff wants Kip: He lacks conviction and is with a girl who is a nasty bully. Besides looks, what does he have going for himself? Tiff should look elsewhere.

Ugh…that room will stink.

But if she’s playing her best hand this early in the game, then this game will be ending soon.

Tiffany will not, or cannot, deal with reality. Kip is getting it on with Stef regularly. Never with Tiffany.
