Really, it isn’t up to Luann (or Bernice) to save Kip and Stef’s relationship. If Kip wants out, let him. If Stef objects let her make a case. Tiffany can’t break a relationship unless it wants to be broken.

Very nice snark back at Bernice, Luann. You know when she is doing it, hitting back at the proper moment is right. Bernice you are not that much smarter than you think.

Next week Gunther and Bets get detoured in the Tijuana Jail and ain’t got no money to pay their bail.

Called it. Luann is going to the epic pool party but will Bern put her snarky self go to the epic pool party.

How about No Go on general principles. Yawn, anything else going on?

How long has it been since Luann and Tiffany sparred? Both have had character growth, both have had that growth stunted recently, so are we about to have an old school classic on our hands?

This pool party might be good for some drama if Tiffany invites everyone from college and from the fuse.

I can see Ox hitting it off with Des.

Will there be bikinis or those 1920s things that cover down to th elbows and knees?

Can’t Lu & Bern just go to a party? Some of the stuff under discussion is not their beeswax.

Okay.

There’s no easy way to say this, so I’ll just say it.

It was a mistake for Tiffany to invite both Bernice AND Luann.

One, because of Luann’s history of “stealing” guys Tiff was interested in.

Two, because Bernice could end up being the “death of the party.” (As usual)

And Three, because it appears that BOTH Lu and Bernice are planning to meddle in Tiff’s Biz, BIG time.

Remember back a few years ago when Lu went to ridiculous lengths to find whether or not Bets and Gun were “doing it,” and Bernice wanted in on the “findings?”

BIG mistake with the invite, Tiff.

And before anyone starts, I actually like Luann.

Bernice? Mehhhhh……., ;-)

Umm… Which one of them was it that was going to be a councellor?

OK, this is now getting interesting.

HOORAY! Luann is invited! So Tiffany decided it won’t be a problem if Kip sees her in a bathing suit, or if she sees her in a bathing suit… Because let’s be honest, after years of trying to date every guy Luann liked, I think that at least a little of attraction for her there was. I love when Luann hits Bernice with a well-placed sarcastic joke. But the difference between them is clear. Luann first suggests what Bernice could do and then hang her around, when Bernice was teasing Luann before, she did it by repeating the phrases in her notes. Even in teasing, Luann is more creative and tries to help her friend somehow. Can’t wait for the pool party to begin!

I think that Kip would be more prone to speak to Luann than Bern, same with Tiff but I guess we shall see. I’d like to see Jack there to chat with Luann, yes holding on to hope for that one! LOL.

I can remember back when Luann and Bernice were friends.

Maybe Nancy will get an invite.

Direct hit. Target destroyed. End of Mission. Good shooting.

Ooo, a new pair in the room … big burn & little Bern.

Hah! Now, this is likely only a pipe dream…. but to me it would be d*mn funny and ironic if….

1. Kip keeps developing a “roving eye” in his potential desire to leave Steph….

2. Tiffany continues her significant interest in Kip….

3. Luann develops a bit of a crush on Kip….

but, ultimately…..

4. Kip falls for…. Bernice…. and NOW Bernice is in an even bigger pickle…. she is dating Nil and loves being his “muse”… she has the connection with Piro that flummoxes her still…. and gets the attention of Kip now as well.

I am not sure how or if. Bernice could handle the attention of the three fellows…. but I think that could make for some pretty humorous “hilarity ensues” situations.

Yes, an unlikely pipe dream, but still fun to imagine.

What a creepy, obnoxious busy body Luann is! You would think she learned her lesson after gossiping about Gunther and Bets, but NOOOO. She has got to be the most annoying person in this comic, and that’s just sad, because it’s called Luann. Now she’s going to make a fool of herself at the party, should be good.

What if Kip takes one look at Luann and falls head over hills…..

If Tiffany wanted to seduce Kip she would not do it with a lot of people around. Much easier to do when they are alone. Why would she want witnesses and guests that she had to entertain? She can’t really sneak off for 30 minutes.

The next time we see Crystal, Knute, Delta or Rosa again will be at their 5th high school reunion. How many ‘human years’ did it take for 4 years of high school? Maybe 15 years … probably some of us won’t be around to see that class reunion. Note to Karen: write faster!

OK so that’s just a remark to get Bern to go. I always thought Tiff should dress up that pool area with potted palms and a faux beach to simulate that island paradise that she doesn’t get to fly to very often. She could have thatched roof huts for tables with food and drinks. TJ could do some cooking and catering; he and Les and Ox should all be there. I think this party will be sans Steffie because she’s away for the summer; and she will be green with jealousy when she returns (if she finds out). I imagine Tiff and Kip are planning this together; there were no rules about not having parties.
